The atmosphere at the Paxton hotel was amazing - all the staff was so friendly to me and always smiling. My dinner was also quite good, nothing extraordinary but it was warm and fresh and fast. The ocean view is really lovely and the rooms were clean and perfectly equipped. The beautiful consierge even let me stay at the pool after my checkout :)

We stayed in this hotel 8 years ago and were really looking forward to another visit. The hotel building its self is lovely and has appeared to have been redecorated recently. It is set in a nice position. However standards have really slipped. The breakfast buffet is really disappointing. You have to serve your own coffee from a machine. There is no vegan choice. (Despite me emailing before hand requesting non diary butter & milk there was none to be seen). The bar is a beautiful setting ruined by very noisy locals, smoking, and creating a horrible atmosphere for hotel guests. The staff appear uninterested and unmotivated. The levels of service are very poor. It’s such a shame because it was a lovely hotel.

Great property! Close to everything. My family loved this property, it is a beautiful property in a very nice neighborhood, the rooms were very nice, very clean with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and a family of four could sleep comfortably in one room, very spacious!! The breakfast included was excellent as well. The kids had a pool to play in and a large property to explore!! I would definitely stay here again, highly recommended!!

Fine hotel with great sea view. Dinner was good and service fine. Room was ok but might be a bit hard to get up stairs for some. Maybe there was a lift but did not find it. Pool was nice but obviously too cold in July. Conference room was ok and all in all a good stay

Just had an amazing stay at Cape Flame Guest House. The staff are lovely, super attentive and friendly. Great room with lovely breakfast. Cape Flame is in the perfect location close to shops and the beach. I think it may have the largest door in PE too! Thank you for looking after us x😀😀😀

I feel humble with the service standard of A&A Guesthouse. As we were the sisters in law, some of them were from other provinces but they were so impressed with everything. Cleanliness is 100%. I take my hat off to your cleaners, they are doing great job. Keep up the good. If the room with 4 bunk can have a window for the ventilation and it is too small and very hot.
