The staffs are 4/5. The location looks ok. First they make Me wait a long long time in lobby. Second they gave me room that was not cleaned but again i have to bring bag from That dirty room from Previous guest to lobby. Finally after long hours they gave me room. The good Thing is breakfast is good. Also they have free drop To airport . Overall its 3.5/5 In my personal experience. Hotel Is good but need more staffs or more training to staffs..

Great hotel. Quite old, but well maintained. The lightings in the Executive Suite is quite poor. There’s only one old main light, which couldn’t light up the room well so I had to switch on the two small bed lights to do my work.

Good good and good services

When I checked in the Gateway hotel, the reception staff told me that my name wasn't registered. I was asked to sit and wait more than 40 minutes.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. They were quite accomodating and staff were very friendly. The reusable water bottles was a nice touch. Gym facilities were decent. Breakfast was very good and dinner had plenty of options, but I felt the restaurant menu for food throughout the day was a bit overpriced for what you got.

First of all, don’t know if it is worth writing a review as similar reviews from customers have been aired for many months or few years now but changes have not been made by the hotel management, which defeats the purpose of writing a review. The 3 main things I have continued encountering while staying have been mentioned multiple times over the years but no changes have done by the hotel management: 1. Unserviceable lift for a very long time no 2. Very bad odour in the lift 3. Room service delivered in boxes making it not a pleasant experience especially when trying to cut a steak. Apart from these 3 main continued concerns, overall the hotel accommodation is good and affordable.

Great property sitting on the hill overlooking the famous Ela beach and great views to the APEC Building and views to the start of coral sea.
