The hotel was charming and well maintained ! The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly., and at night it was very quiet. I loved the location! A great walkable area. So close to the NW Maritime Center, where we had our morning cofffee and then walked the downtown area to explore the unique shops!

We were on a road trip when we decided to stay in the beautiful town of Port Townsend. We drove through town and ended up at the waterfront, where we discovered the Swan Hotel. The person at the desk let us see the cabin (#1), and we immediately fell in love with it! The bed was wonderful! The room came stocked with the coziest robes and fluffiest plush towels. We curled up by the fireplace and enjoyed the atmosphere of the vaulted ceiling and woodwork. It was the favourite hotel of our entire trip down to San Diego, and I will highly recommend staying at the Swan Hotel to everyone! And we definitely will want to return!

This was our second stay, and much like the first, was exceptional! The room was clean, and as a pet friendly room, had no dog odor at all. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The personalized dog treat bag makes me smile. I can not wait to come back. Port Townsend is the sweetest town. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I can not wait to come back! FABULOUS! So many lovely details to make a guest feel appreciated.. the rugs, the luxurious robes, the extra blankets, the fireplace, the special soaps, fluffy rugs, picnic basket!!!!, wine glasses, bathroom heater, easy blinds, personal earplugs ("in case you don't like seagulls")... amazing! Michael, the manager, was such a pleasure to deal with... he "GETS IT"! , and I will be back. THANK YOU!!!!

We had not been to Port Townsend before, and wanted a place to stay providing great walkability. This place was perfect. We could walk to everything. The room was on the main floor of the building and while we could hear some footsteps above it was quiet. And the night was super quiet in this small town. The room was great and the bed super comfy. It was clean and basics were provided. We would stay here again.

This was a fantastic find. We had no plan on where to stay and totally happened upon this. The rooms were clean the staff was friendly and we were within walking distance to all the things we wanted to see and do. It felt like you were staying with family instead of a sterile hotel. Can't wait to go back.

Very well-run and convenient hotel in the heart of downtown Port Townsend - easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in the central waterfront area, 5 minute drive to Fort Worden. Pleasant and helpful staff, nicely furnished and spotless rooms. We chose a cabin which provided extra quiet and privacy, plus no-steps (well, 1 step) accessibility. The space was a bit cramped but they provided everything needed (tv, wifi, private parking space, coffeemaker, frig, microwave, utensils).

Great location. Rooms are perfectly cleaned and spacious. Right on the water so views are beautiful. Staff was very courteous. Checkin process was quick. After checkin, the gentleman walked us over to the hotel rooms and pointed out which was ours. I would highly recommend this hotel next time you visit the delightful town of Port Townsend.

I loved staying here. Very nice ambiance with a bit of a retro vibe. View of the water and quiet during the day as well as at night. The room was comfortable with all amenities seen to without going over the top. Close enough to walk everywhere in town.
