這家酒店要15:30入住，入住會進行一波推銷，要你升級房型，然後説現在升級衹需要99歐元，然後加上税，最後變成多加110歐元，我覺得推薦不是很舒服。而且看着前台態度特別好，但是有點假。房間還是可以的，是側面海景房。
然後就是電梯，雖然有三個，但是專門不能使用。
然後酒店在斜坡上，停車位置有限，很難停，而且一晚上停車費不便宜。
房間洗漱用品是陶瓷罐，放在特別小的平台上，但是洗澡的時候，你需要擠，導致沐浴露罐會倒到地上。
早晨是點單式，雖然味道不錯，但是有點油。吐司都是橄欖油煎過，所以特別油。
門口沙灘第一晚碰到晚上全被淹沒，第二天沙灘慘狀，但其實白天入住的時候還是很漂亮的。
但是酒店房間還是不錯，看出去還可以。

The hotel is in a fantastic location with amazing staff members and excellent food and drinks. I had the best time celebrating my birthday with friends here! The atmosphere was perfect, and the service was outstanding. I’m definitely coming back soon!

The hotel is absolutely fantastic with a stunning view. The most impressive aspect of my stay was the exceptional staff and the outstanding service they provide. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and it's clear that excellent management is behind it all. If you're looking for a great location with very friendly staff, a sea view from your room, and a beachside setting, this is the place for you. The huge restaurant terrace right at the beach offers a great vibe with good music. This hotel truly has it all!

It has been an incredible stay in The Donna Portals, I love everything about this hotel, the great design and the lovely rooms. The staff from all departments is amazingly nice. I can say I highly recommend a stay here. This holiday has been a dream.

Absolutely wonderful place with great peaceful energy just right on the front of little beach. Modern hotel with quality food and great service. Breakfast with many great and healthy option( sepcialy my favourite eggs benedictine & spinach 🤤)Money well spend! Can't wait to come back😁

Not a 5 star hotel. Upon check-in, there was no one at reception- we were told to wait at the bar- bizarre! It took a while for someone to finally come. We had previously checked in online with pre-check-in but were still asked for our documents and made to wait. What’s the point of pre-check-in??? Bathroom in our room has nothing dividing the shower from the rest of the bathroom- resulting in a flooded bathroom. There is no where to place our toiletries. Our room is close to the restaurant and when I asked about the noise I was told it will not be an issue as it closes at 11pm. It is now 12:02 and we hear loud, obnoxious music in our room. Overall- this place has a long way to go to meet 5 stars.

This is a lovely hotel in a lovely location but it was clearly designed for adults and therefore it is both unsuitable and unwelcoming for children and babies. In fact I’d say it was dangerous. It was hard to enjoy our stay on that basis and I think it’s disingenuous to offer it as a family option.

An extraordinary full service resort with amazing beach access . The ocean waters are clear and tranquil . Views of the area are like being in a private getaway. A roof top pool is absolutely stunning . Full service bars , and a gourmet restaurant with inside and outside dining. Full service spa also available. The rooms are very quiet, clean and extraordinarily designed. The staff are all very kind and professional with a focus on meeting and exceeding all your expectations . Well done Iberostar for a lovely hotel in a beautiful location and for your commitment to the environment, but you seem to have forgotten about staff training ,consistent customer service and managers to lead a team , it really was hit and miss , if you got a good member staff it was a 5 star service but if not it was bad service. There was no leadership everyone seemed to be doing their own thing either very good or very bad. Just really disappointed . Have to mention Robert at the pool bar who was always excellent , we asked his name as no one had name badges.
