Hotel Portimao dengan Kolam Renang

Llagamos sobre las 15h de la tarde y la persona de la recepción no encontraba nuestra reserva hecha a través de Trip.com. Con mucho cabreo e insistencia nos dijo que no podía hacer nada y que teníamos que contactar con Trip.com para solucionar la cosa con ellos (tras 9horas de viaje y todos los correos posibles de confirmación). Mientras que esperaba que los de Trip.com nos respondieran, nos llama otra persona diciendo que todo estaba en orden, que no la encontraban por un ”error informático”. Ni una disculpa, nada. La habitación no estaba mal, segunda planta, bien situada. Instalación del hotel vieja, las 5 estrellas no se merecen, sinceramente, es un 4 estrellas actual, para el precio pagado está bien. Desayuno a buffet bueno, servicio igual de bueno y atento. Tuvimos un problema un día que no hicieron la habitación, tuvimos que reclamar a las 19:30h y la limpiaron y hicieron muy de prisa (y de manera bastante ”ligera”), pero, bueno.... No podemos opinar sobre SPA, Gimnasio etc ya que no hemos probado esos servicios.

Starting off Portugal is a lovely country , however this hotel really let down my experience . The hotel cleaners did not clean the hotel rooms up to standard etc sweeping dirt into a corner of the room . We also had other residents in our hotel stay . It was birds . This issue traumatised my children to the point it was a big concern and it had to be further investigated . When the issue was brang up we were dismissed and they concluded us to be liars . However after further pushing for the issue to be resolved they found three birds with a nest living in my children’s room and told us “our bad it is fine now”. Shocking is the only word for this . Compensation wasn’t granted however free food was . All I can say is we got what we paid for hence it being free . This is a nice place to stay if u aren’t staying in the hotel for majority of the time and not bothered of certain standards but pictures of this was deceiving I must admit . However , we did enjoy the pool and karaoke at least so I will give the hotel that . More organisation is needed.

Pangsapuri moden dan bersih dengan segala yang diperlukan untuk penginapan yang selesa. Kami melakukan pembersihan harian pangsapuri ”pertukaran tuala mandi, pembersihan kaunter, lantai dan kutipan sampah. Beberapa aspek yang boleh menambah baik, Ia tidak mempunyai tongkat ajaib, pembakar roti, span dan cecair pencuci pinggan mangkuk.

Apabila anda menginap di Vista Marina di Portimão, anda akan berada di kawasan hiburan, dalam lingkungan 10 minit berjalan kaki dari Muzium Portimão dan Pelabuhan Portimão. Hotel pangsapuri ini berada 19.4 km dari Pantai Benagil dan 22 km dari Marina Lagos.Gunakan peluang rekreasi seperti kolam renang terbuka bermusim atau kecapi pemandangan dari teres dan taman. Ciri-ciri tambahan di hotel pangsapuri ini termasuklah akses Internet wayarles percuma, ruang tamu bersama dan bantuan pelancongan/tiket.Kemudahan yang ditampilkan adalah termasuk meja/kaunter hadapan 24 jam, kakitangan berbilang bahasa dan lif. Tempat letak kenderaan sendiri percuma terdapat di tapak hartanah.Selesakan diri anda di salah sebuah daripada 121 bilik berhawa dingin yang menampilkan dapur kecil dengan peti sejuk/penyejuk beku saiz penuh dan dapur. Bilik mempunyai balkoni berperabot persendirian. Televisyen skrin rata dengan program kabel menawarkan anda hiburan, sedangkan akses Internet wayarles percuma membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi peti besi dan meja, manakala pengemasan disediakan setiap minggu.

Clean and modern building. This apartment has a great lobby and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The units are also extremely clean and have a lot of closet space. The beach, restaurants and shopping center were all within a 10 minute walk from our apartment. I highly recommend it. Just remember you don’t have the view of the ocean, but as I said the water is just around the corner from the building.

This hotel is very recent. Beautiful, elegant and well-equipped in terms of services. What doesn't strike us as normal, however, is the lack of little touches for a hotel in this category. No shampoo, no q-tips, just the same gel for washing hands and in the shower. No shower cap. An empty fridge bar. We appreciate the coffee machine and the bottle of water, but one normal coffee capsule and 3 decaffeinated coffee capsules... not logical... We asked for a room with a bath when we booked (we were ”upgraded” without any request on our part, on a ”marina” view, but with a shower. As we are not very nice customers, we didn't say anything. The bedding is good. The pillows are quite thick, which can be uncomfortable for people with sensitive necks. 3 cushions are available, but they are all very dense. The road is very noisy, subject to a few car rodeos at night. I've heard that the rooftop is noisy in November, but fortunately this is not the case. The staff are friendly and respond to requests. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive, but for the evening menu, this type of buffet seems less attractive, but will surely please some people. The spa is very good, at 12.5 euros for one hour (equipped swimming pool, sauna, hammam, etc.). There is a car park at the hotel for 6 euros a night, but free parking is available 200m from the hotel by the beach. All in all, then, this is a fine hotel with a lot of potential, but some details clearly need to be reviewed to make it really nice.

房間很寬敞，環境也好，離海邊特別近，就是感覺很可笑的一點是我們訂的一間大床房入住兩個人很正常，但是酒店卻説要加錢，因為我們訂單上是一個人，最後被坑了50歐元，雖然送了早餐，但是心裏還是不舒服，我們訂的一間房又不是一張床，住一個人和住兩個人有什麼區別呢。另外早餐很敷衍，基本沒啥可吃的。

Great location for beach, bars, shops and resteraunts, clean and tidy with excellent staff. The only complaint was our room didn’t have a balcony but we wrongly assumed it would have

A truly great experience!! Room was comfortable and housekeeping excellent. Well placed with a view of the Marina. The highlight of each morning of my 5 night stay was the Breakfast. Fantastic choice and everything well cooked and presented. The staff, particularly the trainees, were always friendly and obliging. I couldn't fault anything about the Breakfast at all. The situation of the Hotel was ideal for me but might not suit everyone as it was sited out of the Town. A beautiful beach was adjacent to the Hotel and even out of season there were a variety of Restaurants nearby. All staff, the Receptionists, Restaurant staff and Housekeeping were outstanding, always greeted me with a smile and very helpful.

Very Clean, spacious in a great location, breakfast was good, would be nice if there were a few more options.
