DDanniu.xieThe room features a standard Naxi-style design, with a spacious and airy 99 sqm layout. The soft furnishings are elegant and tasteful, the bedding is soft and comfortable against the skin, and the amenities are complete and clean. The most stunning feature is the private viewing balcony, offering an unobstructed, direct view of the entire Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from your room. You can wake up to the 'sunlit golden mountain' phenomenon from your bed in the morning, and in the evening, sit on the terrace, enjoy the breeze, and watch the clouds drift over the mountaintops – every photo you take will be postcard-perfect, with an absolutely superb and unobstructed view.
I must particularly commend our dedicated butler, Elin. She proactively contacted us before check-in, confirmed our itinerary in advance, and even reminded us about the temperature differences between morning and evening. The entire check-in process was completely hassle-free. She was instantly available via WeChat, responding incredibly quickly, and arranged all additional supplies meticulously and thoughtfully. Her sense of propriety was just right – warm without being intrusive, with thoughtful details at every turn. Our entire trip was perfectly taken care of, making our travel experience truly wonderful.

GGuest UserThe room facing the street was quite quiet, which was nice. The front desk has a coffee machine, and you can ask the staff to prepare drinks for you as needed.
The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and proactively offered us travel advice. Parking allows one exit within a 24-hour period, so plan your outings accordingly.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town Windmill, maybe because I walk a bit slowly, but it's definitely not just a few minutes away.
The room is equipped with smart home features, and the quality of items like tissues is quite good, showing that the owner has high standards for the amenities provided.

The decor and design were fantastic. The renovation of the historic building is quite unique, and the courtyard is breathtaking.
The housekeeping service was excellent, and any requests were promptly addressed.
The breakfast was also delicious, featuring some unique dishes.
I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yunnan.

GGuest UserThis hotel made up 90% of my wonderful Lijiang trip – it was incredibly comfortable and the service was so thoughtful. The excellent service started right from booking; the owner added me on WeChat to ask about my arrival time and if I needed a pick-up, always replying instantly. They even helped with my luggage! The hotel is halfway up the mountain, offering stunning views of Lijiang Old Town. Whenever I wanted to go out, they'd drive me to the old town entrance, making it super convenient – a quiet escape yet close to everything. Plus, food delivery comes right to your room. The daily afternoon tea, coffee, and regular tea were all delicious, and the mini cakes and cookies were also high quality. There are 3 cats to pet, and a huge, super clear projector that was so comfy it made me not want to leave the room, haha.
⭐️ **Amenities:** It has an elevator! Floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious and bright room, with sunlight streaming in – super comfortable! There's underfloor heating, powerful air conditioning, and a humidifier. The furniture is solid and high-quality, and the bed is just the right softness with comfortable linens.
⭐️ **Hygiene:** Daily cleaning, disposable slippers in sterilized packaging, soft and clean towels, separate toilet and shower areas, and a bathtub – extremely clean!
⭐️ **Service:** Absolutely amazing, they catered to every request! They provided sightseeing tips and routes with location pins, no pushy sales, and were as warm and attentive as a good friend! Unlimited complimentary bottled water, they'd offer water and an umbrella when I left, and fresh flower cakes when I returned – they looked after me so well!
We will definitely be back.

GGuest UserWe chose a two-bedroom suite with our family here. The hotel facilities are quite old overall, and we stayed for three or four days. It's an older hotel, and while you can still see its past glory and the essence of its design, the overall color scheme and facilities now feel dated. However, the front desk and butler service were excellent, almost always accommodating our requests. Overall, we were satisfied. The downstairs pool, kids' play area, and even the evening entertainment were all pretty good. The outdoor hot spring was our favorite part, but unfortunately, it rained, so we only got to go once.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful trip! The hotel's design is beautiful, with traditional Naxi architecture nestled among maple trees and greenery everywhere. You get that tranquil ancient courtyard vibe without even having to go to the Old Town – the experience was truly fantastic. There are free activities available within the resort, and the shuttle service is very convenient. The service was attentive and thoughtful, especially Kail, who was very professional and processed our check-out quickly. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a pool, spa, restaurant, and gym all available. The rooms are also very spacious, making it perfect for both couples and family vacations. I'll definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserTo start with: it's been a long time since I've had such a satisfying experience.
**Facilities**: This is a hot spring resort that's well-maintained despite its age. Villa 10 is perfectly situated, and the facilities are in excellent condition – not a single sliding door was out of order or stuck, which is quite impressive. However, it would be even better if the front door locks were upgraded.
**Cleanliness**: Very clean, very satisfied.
**Environment**: I walked all around the resort grounds; the scenery is beautiful. Beyond the expansive lake views, there's also a hidden gem of a pond with bald cypress trees.
**Service**: Absolutely more than five points, more than five stars – truly perfect. The golf carts were available on call, and the turndown service was meticulous. A special thanks to Ms. Yang at the front desk for helping to coordinate our departure transfer, adding another wonderful touch to our trip.
**Afternoon Tea Experience**: The taste was exquisite; I even worried I might never find such delicious pastries elsewhere again.
**Airport Transfer Service**: The transfer car was good, and the driver was skilled and provided thoughtful service.
**Outdoor Garden Hot Spring Experience**: The hot springs were great. The bathing area even thoughtfully provided a stool for seniors, though the lighting in the changing area was really too dim to see the locker numbers.
**Food**: The food was also good. I really liked the mushroom and radish dish at dinner, and the roasted duck was unique. The breakfast rice noodles were outstanding! And the gulls loved the birdseed provided for them too.

NNingmengWe chose this hotel because it was relatively close to the event location we were attending with our child. The shuttle service was excellent; they greeted us with snacks and lollipops for the little one, and the eye mask they provided was quite useful – our child was very happy! Plus, the subway station is right at the entrance, making it super convenient for getting around!

Our butler, Domi, contacted us a few days in advance to ask about our check-in needs and even recommended some fantastic local eateries that offered incredible value for money. There's also a 'Starlight Bar' on the 25th floor of the hotel which is perfect for photos. Other staff members were also incredibly proactive and helpful.

GGuest UserSetting up my home at the foot of the snowy mountains, living amidst the scenery – this hotel fulfilled all my fantasies for a snow mountain getaway. Opening the window, I was greeted by majestic snow-capped peaks, wreathed in clouds, like a fairyland. In the morning, I witnessed the golden glow of the sunrise on the mountains; in the evening, I quietly admired the sunset painting the snow. At night, I gazed up at the brilliant starry sky – every moment was so beautiful it left me speechless. The room had a wonderful texture, with warm-toned design elements incorporating Naxi style, making it both cozy and luxurious. The private hot spring tub melted away all my fatigue. The staff were gentle and enthusiastic, with meticulous service. Every day here felt slow and peaceful, accompanied by the snow mountains, healing and wonderful. It's definitely worth countless return visits!
