這是我第二次入住雅高集團旗下酒店，本次選擇玉溪鉑爾曼，整體入住體驗十分出色，遠超預期。入住前酒店就主動致電溝通，細緻詢問我的各項需求，服務十分貼心。週末早餐可延遲至11點，對出行安排非常友好。 酒店全體工作人員態度都格外熱情：前台辦理高效順暢，行李房員工主動幫忙搬運行李，還特意幫我到負三 取回快遞。中餐廳服務細緻周到，客房大姐親切熱情，，解決了我的實際難題。 最讓我感動的是西餐廳的暖心細節。昨天我端着一碗滾燙、快要溢出的麪條，服務生沈亞東主動上前，小心翼翼用託盤幫我穩妥送到座位，全程耐心又細心，這個小小的舉動讓我倍感温暖。 從入住到離店，每一處服務都用心到位，真正做到了賓至如歸。玉溪鉑爾曼無論是硬件品質還是軟性服務都十分優秀，是一次非常滿意的入住體驗，強烈推薦給大家！

The hotel’s location is ideal if you want to spend more time at Dali Ancient City. It’s just a 10mins walk away and it’s easy to cab back. Hospitality was also amazing and we didn’t expect the staff to wake up earlier just to cook breakfast for us so that we could catch the morning train. Really appreciated that!

Our stay was truly wonderful and beyond our expectations. From the beautiful surroundings to the heartfelt service, everything made this a very special experience for our family. What impressed us most was the amazing team behind the hotel. From the front desk, to the activity organisers, to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. It is not easy to find a hotel where the service feels so sincere and consistent in every part of the experience. The room arrangement was one of the most unforgettable parts of our stay. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was simply amazing. The view received so many compliments from our friends and family, and many of them even asked us more about the hotel because they were so impressed. It truly made our stay feel extra special. A very special thank you to Jennifer, the Front Office Manager, for her prompt replies and thoughtful arrangements before our stay. Her care and attention to detail made us feel reassured even before we arrived, and we really appreciated all the effort she put in to make our stay so well arranged. Another highlight was how kid-friendly the hotel is. There were so many enjoyable activities for children, especially the animal feeding sessions and campfire dancing. Our child enjoyed them so much, and seeing her so happy made the stay even more meaningful for us. The fact that she is already asking to come back says everything. Breakfast was also a wonderful part of our stay. There was a good variety, the food was enjoyable, and the setting was beautiful. Starting each morning with the peaceful view of the lake and mountains made the experience even more special. This hotel truly raised our expectations of what a great and luxurious hotel should be. It is not only a beautiful property, but also a place made special by a team that brings so much warmth, care, and dedication to every guest’s stay. Congratulations to the hotel for having such an outstanding team and such a wonderful place. Thank you for giving our family such beautiful memories. We will remember this stay fondly.

Our room was comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. Some tall people might find the low ceiling beams inconvenient but they are part of the character of the building. The real highlights of The Bivou are its location, in a tranquil but still readily accessible corner of Shuhe, and especially its staff, who exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We benefited greatly from their local knowledge and assistance in arranging transport to and from hiking trails out of town. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who wants to feel at home and escape from the bustle of other areas in Lijiang.

Great stay! The hotel is very comfortable and enjoyable. The hot spring is the main reason for our stay. We enjoyed the different kids of hot spa very much. Breakfast was good. Hotel is located in a large man made lake community with very fresh air and nice surroundings. Only thing could be improved is that mini-fridge is not working.

Room is clean, amenities is ok. We requested for non-smoking room but was given a room with very heavy cigarette smell and had to request for change of room. Our room is located at level 5, the room can hear noise from vehicles very clearly. 6 something on a weekday morning we can hear car honking which is very disturbing. Window and curtain soundproofing are not good enough. Breakfast selection is ok

Very nice hotel with a great vibe. We loved the older, french decorated style. Location is superb, next to the lake, walking distance old street. Staff very helpfull.

Conveniently located 15mins away from airport, provided shuttle service. The lights in the room were controlled by a Mandarin AI device and it was difficult to figure out how to turn on or off specific lights as have to give precise commands in mandarin. Room is spacious and comfortable.

A brilliant hotel for families. Very spacious and exquisite decoration and service. The pool is huge and they have a lot to do including a kid’s club, a big gym, and mini golf on the 8th floor of tower 1. Has an incredible pool and a great breakfast. Great location- Away from the crowds but only a 10 minute taxi ride to Erhai Lake to rent bikes or a 15-20 minute ride to Dali old city for street food. Tomas was excellent with guest service and their manager helped upgrade us to have free breakfast for our kids. I must have messaged Tomas 50 times asking about places to eat and visit and he was super responsive and helpful with all the local tips. Don’t stay anywhere else - this place is awesome.

We stayed at Pullman Dali for 3 nights after moving from another hotel, and the good difference was immediately noticeable. The room was spacious, cosy, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s rest. The location is excellent. It is within walking distance to Erhai Lake, with plenty of amenities and restaurants nearby, which made dining and exploring very convenient. The hotel is also about 2 km from Dali Railway Station, so getting around was easy. Overall, my stay was smooth and enjoyable, and I would recommend Pullman Dali for its comfort and convenient location. However, one point to highlight: I am still waiting to receive the refundable deposit of RMB 1,000 even after 2 days. I hope the hotel can process this promptly, as this affects the overall experience.
