Love this hotel -it’s got the vibes. Good location. Every major spots you’ll want to visit in Porto is within walking distance. It’s clean. Service is wonderful. Highly recommend.

The service at the front desk was okay. The bartender before we departed hotel was excellent and food service was above average. The hotel facilities was great specifically the pool, sauna, and gym. The downfall is the hours of operation was only from 7:30pm to 9pm not convenient this includes breakfast buffet.

Impeccable service and the staff is intelligent and beyond professional. I’d say they were my favorite part of the stay. I loved the design and luxurious feel of the hotel, as well. The rooms are on the small side in Portugal but this hotel is of high quality and extremely clean. The sauna, steam room, and are pool are incredibly beautiful. Great location. Wonderful breakfast. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel was always quiet. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends. I’d love to know who developed the hotel. One thing that I wish I had been told is that there was a rooftop. No one mentioned this at check-in and I just saw it in another post on Google.

Brand new hotel , artistic design , friendly staff

The hotel is very new and is next to the Luolai Bookstore. The room is a bit small, the service is good, there are no disposable items such as slippers and shower gel, but this is often the case in European hotels. Overall, I would give it a 4.

Five-star praise! ! ! The facilities are complete, clean and tidy, the environment is very good, the design is novel and unique, the service is considerate, the attitude is enthusiastic, everything is OK, and I will continue to book next time

The location is good, but the software configuration is still far from five-star. It is especially unacceptable that a twin room is equipped with a fully transparent shower room. Fortunately, there is a double room available for non-transparent rooms, but the logic does not make sense! The breakfast menu has highlights👍
