Amazing location for family fun around, shopping , restaurants, everything at one place, cheaper then London outlets, breakfast has no more options for vegetarian.

A perfect place to rest your head for a trip to Portsmouth. It is conveniently located within meters of Gunwharf Quays which is a good place to spend some time shopping or eating at the fantastic selection of shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the morning with all of the favourites including hot breakfast, cereal, fruit and yoghurt, coffee and tea. A very pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice. Breakfast is excellent and helpful staffs. Great customer service. Will visit again.

Shopping trip to Portsmouth so it was convenient to stay at the hotel exactly within the outlet premises. Bed was comfy, bathroom all okay. No complaints and would definitely stay again.

Very good hotel is just the double beds are too small and there is plenty room for a bigger bed

Lovely location, 1 min walk to Gunwharf Quays. The room key can provide shopping discount there as well. The entrance is kinda confusing but fine. Breakfast alright, very British.

Vomit on floor in main corridor hadn't been cleaned properly during our stay. The smell worsened each time we had to pass it. Lack of spreads for the pastries. No bottles of water available at the bar or in the vending machines. But friendly service, good shop/restaurant/parking discounts and excellent location.

Good location and cosy bed. It’s a shame no cooked breakfast due to supplies issues. Will definitely stay here again.
