Its a great hotel which is quite near the beach. Its fantastic and services are very good so it's worth to stay again

離車站非常近，走路1分鐘就到，在交通上實在是太便利了，小孩也不收早餐費用，來這裡就必定要住這家~

There was a very old white woman with white hair who was discriminating against Asians and seemed to be dissatisfied with our reasonable requests, such as normal room cleaning and changing the sheets every four days and three nights. In fact, every day before we go out, we try our best to clean the room by ourselves, but we just need to change the towels. Despite this, the staff was still unfriendly and even corrected my pronunciation. As a foreigner, English is not my mother tongue, but I try my best to communicate with her in English, which is my respect for her. On the contrary, she also dislikes my inaccurate pronunciation, which is obvious discrimination. I was confused about her dissatisfaction and discrimination, so I asked her, we should change the sheets every few days？And her answer was six nights. Hahaha so funny. I have been to many countries and stayed in many hotels, but this hotel is unique, which is really excellent～～～🤔有一位岁数不小的白人女性工作人员，她歧视亚洲人，似乎总是对我们的合理要求很不满意，比如正常的房间打扫，四天三夜换一次床单。其实，每天出门前，我们都尽量自己打扫干净卫生房间，只是需要换一下毛巾。尽管如此，这个工作人员还是很不友好，甚至纠正了我的发音。作为一个外国人，英语不是我的母语，但我尽量用英语和她交流，这是我对她的尊重。相反，她还嫌弃我发音不准确，这是明显的歧视。我对她的不满和歧视感到困惑，于是我问她，我们应该几天换一次床单？而她的回答是六个晚上。哈哈哈好好笑。去过很多国家，住过很多酒店，但这家酒店独树一帜，真是太棒了~~~🤔

Lovely hotel, excellent staff, especially the housekeeping team who always said hello when I came and went from my room. I really appreciate the policy of not cleaning rooms unless asked , as I could come and go during the day, and not be interrupted by the knock of a cleaner. Situation is very good, just by the railway station, but easy walking to bus stops to any where you want to get to in Portsmouth.

The price was good value, the room clean, the breakfast was fairly good, the receptionist friendly. I really liked how you could only access the floors to the bedrooms with a room key card. We were visiting the city centre so it was great having everything we needed within very easy walking distance.

Great location. Lovely staff. Room clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Charlotte 10/10 receptionist! She helped us with early check in and then we decided to stay a night extra. Really easy check in. Safe area. Lots of places to drink or to eat. You can pay for breafast on the day. Best hotel is you want to spend your long weekend away.
