Premier Inn Portsmouth North Harbour

Very friendly helpful and thoughtful staff. Had to have a ground floor room as damaged leg and staff (Gill?) very friendly and accommodating. They also phoned me a week beforehand to ask if I wanted to book dinner as it would be Father’s Day and busy. Beefeater next door to hotel. Perfect! Extra coffee and milk in foyer if needed.

The hotel was ideal for our stay to attend a meeting in Portsmouth travelling with our own coach. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and available.

Lorraine the bar staffer that worked 7th and 8th June in the evening was so friendly and nice, on learning it was my husband’s birthday she arranged a free drink for him, complimented me on how lovely I looked for my evening out with him, boosted my confidence and was such a lovely thing to say!

We stayed here after a late night ferry arrival from France. It was great for what we needed, a quiet clean comfortable bed for the night. Although there is a lot of hype about the quality of the beds, we found them ok but nothing special. Our problem was that there are teo Premier Inns adjacent to each other, the postcode takes you to both and in the dark because we were unaware of this, we parked and beganto check into the wrong hotel. The staff were very helpful and walked with us to thenext building but they did say this happens all the time. We were late arriving and tired so could have done without this. Maybe Premier Inns could save their staff a bit of time and include some sort of map or other information with the booking info

There was a loose manhole in the road outside my room so everytime a car went over it , it clonked and I was awake from 6 am and couldnt get back to sleep. But the rest of the stay was fine

I thought the room was big enough for my partner and myself, The room was clean and every thing worked as it should. no noises from road or air con. a lovley stay

We stayed overnight before catching an early ferry. Becky checked us in and arranged for her colleague Ciara to give us a knock on our door at 5.15am, which reduced our worry about getting up early! Both ladies were lovely. Room clean, parking great.

We spent a very comfortable quiet overnight stay before catching the ferry to Guernsey the next morning at 9am, staff friendly and helpful as always. We will be back soon.

A perfect stay. On arrival the reception staff were great, smiley, helpful and polite, the rooms were perfectly clean. A good comfortable bed, room temperature was perfect too. We liked the location and enjoyed the beefeater nearby too. We would highly recommend.
