I highly recommend Hotel Savoia in Positano! The hotel is beautiful and has amazing views! It is located right in the center of town so is seconds away from restaurants, bars, shops and gelato! The staff was amazing and willing to provide recommendations for boat tour companies and restaurants via email ahead of our arrival. They even helped us make a dinner reservation in advance. The breakfast had options for everyone and was delicious. Overall, the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious.

We loved everything about our stay at Il Gabbiano! We were there for 4 nights had the most wonderful time. The hotel is very clean, all of the staff were warm and welcoming, the room was beautiful, and a delicious breakfast on the balcony every morning was a nice treat. The view and balcony were amazing, the location was perfect (about a 15 minute walk to the beach, with a lot of great restaurants even closer), and the lobby had a nice seating area overlooking the coast- a great spot for a cappuccino or glass of wine/snacks. This was our first time in Positano and the we were so impressed with the hotel and the staff- we will definitely be back and will stay there again!

We loved everything about this hotel. From the friendly staff, the breakfast and of course the views. The location was perfect for us! We love to stroll down to enjoy the views. Shops and places to eat everywhere, no need a car. To have a cappuccino, fresh squeezed oj, various pastries and a chef waiting to cook you eggs every morning and eat in an open sea view was just heaven. The staff was always glad to greet you and made us feel at home. Thank you to Katia and all her team for always willing to help us. And for Sicilia and Dimitri for preparing breakfast every morning. Seriously we are missing it all! We can't wait to go back!

Words can’t describe how amazing our experience was with hotel Mary. Vico Equense is the most beautiful place, and only 10 min train ride to Sorrento. If you’re looking for accommodation I would highly recommend staying here! The views from the hotel were amazing, clean and tidy rooms, infinitely pool stunning, huge breakfast served each day, and to top if off a private beach club all included in the price…. Like what?! Truly worth the money and would come back here in a heart beat. Staff were super friendly and recommended great restaurants. All round one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! Can’t wait to return.

We arrived on Sunday 22/10/23 with limited expectations, the hotel had a Wedding in progress and this made check in at most casual, initial impressions were ok décor looked traditional and clean, The room 204, that's where it all went down hill, room was small and bland. a small TV hung on the wall, a fridge was in the cupboard below which didn't seem to work and was supposed to be stocked, it wasn't, it was empty, walls were scuffed and could have done with a lick of paint. The bathroom was small and had an over bath shower with usual facilities, the bath needed the sealant replaced around the whole bath, the shower blind was a bit dated and grim the underside of it was not clean. I'm afraid it wasn't inviting, quite the opposite, needed updating. The door to the balcony was new and worked well, when you get outside you see this hotels appeal being 600m Above Sea Level the views are breath-taking. Bed was hard as stone like sleeping on a mortuary slab, not that I've ever done that and i actually slept quite well. my wife however wasn't as pleased, we enquired about a topper at reception, the language barrier did get in the way but we thought we'd got through, alas we didn't get the topper. we had one meal in the hotel which was ok. Breakfast was served on level -1 a large soulless room, normal continental fair ham, cheese, bread, hard boiled eggs some limp lettuce, no cereal to speak of, yogurt tea and American Coffee. Not exactly well presented but ok. my wife is a coeliac(gluten free) and the staff provided gluten free products, on the Wednesday morning and i can only assume that as there were only 5 people in the hotel breakfast was served in the ground floor restaurant, which was better, and had great views, breakfast was served at the table. There was a bar but it was not well stocked or manned. 2x G&T's £8 parking was ok a bit tight but ok. The hotel is in the hamlet of Agerola which has limited restaurants and bars we had drinks at Madame in the square and at the bar across the road when the aforementioned was shut, we had a meal in the next village along, which was also small and only had one or two restaurants that we could find. Not exactly buzzing but very pretty and it was October, also bear in mind the temperature is 3-4 degs lower than the coast, Also it takes about an hour to get to the coast, round some tight bendy mountain roads, if your a nervous driver might not be the place for you. We left a day early and moved to Pompeii as he weather was not good, and we wanted to get nearer to Naples, paid the bill which included a local tax! I'm sure was included on the original booking but i may be wrong, worth watching out for. This hotel is very pretty and traditional the staff are friendly and helpful, it has the potential, to be a good hotel, public rooms are modern and clean but they need a bit of fine tuning, Room/s need modernizing. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

È sempre bello ritornarci e già questo la dice tutta. Panorama mozzafiato servizi al top, super consigliato per famiglie con bambini ma anche per una piacevole fuga di relax. Centro benessere e piscine al top. Gentilezza e professionalità dovunque. Che dire super consigliato. Unica pecca quest’anno è aver notato una poca manutenzione all’esterno dell’edificio. Per il resto giardini etc. Al top come sempre.

El hotel está en perfecta ubicación al lado de la estación de tren que llega en nada a Sorrento. A pocos minutos esta la playa de la Marinella una playa privada de arena negra y agua cristalina en donde puedes bañarte con vistas a los acantilados sorrentinos. El hotel es muy cómodo en cuanto a instalaciones y sus trabajadores son muy amables.

We had a very good experience with this hotel. Situated across the beach, near to the bus station and close to the railway station, the hotel has big, spacious rooms, with all the ammenities needed. The breakfast was great, with a lot of choices, and mostly, the breakfast room was a rooftop with such an amazing view over the sea and vezuvius. Everything was perfect

This was My second visit to the Hotel President ( first time was 2023 ) We had a very pleasant stay, the hotel is a pleasant airy building but from the car park/front entrance it's not the prettiest .... Once you are inside it is nice but has varying levels of staff hospitality skills. Reception staff are in the main are polite and helpful...The house keeper on our floor did a great job keeping our rooms pristine... We ate in the hotel restaurants at least once a day lunch etc'.....The a' la carte menu in the evening is very good as opposed to the 'fixed daily menu' which was pretty unimaginative.... I wouldn't recommend it ..... The snack bar at the pool is a good lunchtime option pizza, pasta and local salads which were all perfect.....The waiters at the Pool restaurant, well that's another story.....The guys who work in the hotel restaurant are all good at their job....A couple of younger guys dressed in polo shirts, not at all interested in their diners... If you are not interested in being of service to your customers don't work as a waiter !!! Apart from one young man whom looked to be a trainee/new start.....He should be running the show as he was the only person who seemed interested.....Antonino who runs the lounge bar is a great asset...Best coffee and cocktails in Sorrento for sure!! All that said we had a good time with our friends and we probably will return at some time....
