Great location for this hotel, a very short walk to the square. Extremely clean. Wonderful coffee machine downstairs with hot coffee and a good selection. Also tea and water available. The pillows and duvets on the bed eye extremely comfortable. A complimentary bottle of fizzy and still water in the bedroom. Large towels and am amazing shower with super nice smelling toiletries. Umbrellas in the foyer to use if raining outside.

I was really pleasantly surprised with the Moderno. Quietly professional and relaxing. Very good rooms and staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Nicely decorated and good rooms and beds giving a great nights sleep. The breakfast was excellent and the two meals I had in the restaurant were great with one of the best steaks I have had. I’d like to think that I will be back!

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights/6 days while on a business trip in Poznan, Poland. This is an aesthetically beautiful hotel. The hotel staff doesn’t speak much, perhaps because I am an English speaker, but they do smile back at you. The hotel looks and smells clean. The room is a good size. My room had 2 twin sized beds. I had never encountered twin sized beds in a hotel before; I typically have between full size to king size beds in my hotel room so this was different. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast in the mornings, and there is a restaurant and cafe in the hotel also. If traveling from another country to Poland to stay at this hotel, be sure to confirm if you need to get a separate AC Adapter. This hotel does not offer loaner AC Adapters. I had to find a store that sold the type of adapter that I needed. There are no toiletries other than hand soap, body wash, and shampoo. There are no toothpaste or toothbrush, etc. available. There is no ironing board or iron in the room. There are also no washcloths available. Note that there is a safe and a refrigerator in the room. The refrigerator does not get very cold at all. I actually thought it was not working and called the receptionist to have it looked at. The maintenance person came to check it and informed that the refrigerator is intended to cool drinks only and is not intended to hold for example, leftover food, etc. for more than 24 hours. This was a huge disappointment as I had a take out container of food that I was trying to save for the next day. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was peaceful and although small, the bed was very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the variety of options for breakfast.

The hotel was selected by my hosts from the university. It is very convenient to the university, a grocery store, and one block from a collection of incredible restaurants and wine bars. The walk to Old Town was 45 min and lots to see on the walk. I had a room in the new extension, and it was very comfortable, especially the bed. I was happy to see the staff follow environmentally friendly protocols with towels and sheets. The breakfast had a nice selection of foods. The restaurant food is excellent and the wine selection is great. We had a conference dinner in the ”garden room,” and the ambiance was wonderful. The staff is super attentive. I had a 4 am taxi to the airport and packed breakfast to go. I would have given 5 stars, but the current construction made walking between the buildings inconvenient.

I recently stayed at Novotel Poznan Centrum and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s central location made exploring the city very convenient, with key attractions like the Old Market Square within walking distance. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional. My room was modern, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering a range of options to start the day right. I also appreciated the well-maintained fitness center and the efficient housekeeping service.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. As my flight arrived in Poznan early, I decided to use public transport to get there which was really easy (159 and 169) The Hotel Vivaldi is in a fantastic location. It is easy to find the city centre (under major renovations at the moment) but the real treat for me was the park across the road. It covers 10,000 acres altogether and is fascinatingly interesting. Poznan is a very authentic city and you feel more like a local than a tourist which I really liked. From this hotel, you can easily get to the main train station by tram (can purchase the ticket at hotel reception) Regarding the hotel, I cannot speak highly enough about it. I requested a room in a quiet location and it was perfect. As well as the quietness and comfort, it had a good proper kettle, a super little reading light over the bed and the rest as on the website. I had 3 blissful night’s sleep. The members of staff are wonderfully friendly, professional, and efficient while creating a real feeling of home. Bartosz at reception gave me some great advice and thank you also to the boy who sorted out the phone adaptor for me. The food in the restaurant is super. There is a very extensive breakfast menu and the roast sea bream for dinner is so good. You would have to taste the asparagus soup to believe how good it is. As a solo traveller, I also felt totally safe. Polish people are very friendly, kind and helpful. Language is not a barrier to being helped find places. I enjoyed my whole experience so much (went to beautiful Wroclaw on the second day) that I have already booked to go back at the end of August to the Vivaldi hotel in Karpacz and finishing it up back here for the last two days. Hotel robi wrażenie czegoś co kiedyś było ekskluzywne, a teraz jest poprostu ok na jedna noc. Widać bieg czasu, plus to basen, sauny poprostu są, śniadanie dobre jest wybór, za szlafrok dodatkowa opłata 20zl przy tej cenie za pokój słabo ale najgorsze bandyctwo to 95 zł za parking za dobę! 6 stów za pokój plus parking daje 700 złotych za dobę! W tym hotelu za tą cenę absolutnie NIE! Napewno podczas kolejnej wizyty w Poznaniu pomine ten obiekt, naprawdę można za tą cenę znaleźć dużo lepszy hotel.
