It was a very enjoyable stay. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. However, the hot buffet was sadly only Luke warm! Rooms are starting to look a little tired and really need to be updated but are clean & comfortable. The staff, especially the doormen, were fantastic, very helpful, friendly, and professional at all times. Super location to visit the Xmas markets. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

訂了四晚，臨時有事要飛巴黎，提前退兩晚，怎麼協調酒店都不給退硬生生黑掉我八千房費非常不人性厚道！這感覺非常不好！再也不會來！洗手間到處都是頭髮，三千八百多一晚的房間與價格也非常不符合，很一般也不大，實在太坑了！
