Ulasan Ibis Praha Wenceslas Square

The rooms are clean, they provide some tea and coffee which is great in the morning. No special amenities, fairly basic. The location isn't far from the main station and the metro is very close.

The room was quite small, but it was well-equipped and provided everything needed for a basic stay.

Didn’t stay at this particular one, so don’t know - maybe it’s good, the reception staff appears nice and attentive. BUT I will never stay at ANY IBIS in the future. They don’t deserve my business. With respect.

Very convenient location 2 mins away from Prague main train station ( uber ) tram stops right at the corner and take you to pretty much to anywhere from that point , the receptionists are very kind and always willing to clarify any questions in English

The hotel has a great location — there are tram and metro stations just a few minutes away, along with fast food restaurants. It’s also very close to the shopping district, making it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is well-equipped, with a kettle provided, as well as coffee and tea bags.

The staff there is nice, the hotel has elevator, and the room is clean.

In general, the hotel is great. However, the location is a bit far from most tourist attractions.

In general ok ish place... Not too bad for a single night stay with the price but can definitely do better. Will not come back. Pros: Great location. Very close to metro station line C and tram station. Walkable distance to the national museum. I like the window can be fully open and air conditioning is powerful. WiFi is quite fast. Receptionists speak fluent English. Cons: There are some hygiene issues. The water bottle provided for drinking water still has bread crumbs or whatever crumbs in the lid when I moved in (see photo). Clearly hasn't been washed 🤢. The dripping tray of the water machine in the corridor is always full (I discarded it twice the same day). When it's full, the water won't come out. No staff member is taking care of this. The room is quite small compared to Ibis room in other countries at the same level. Note there is no fridge in the room. In the bedroom there is no bin. I need to walk to the bathroom to throw away rubbish.

It's too far away from Wenceslas Square (as opposed to the hotel name). Otherwise good.

The hotel was much what you'd expect from an Ibis - affordable and functional. About 10 minute walk from Wenceslas Square and the old town square another 5 minutes from there. The room was small and very warm but clean and fine for 2 nights. Not sure it would have been comfortable for any longer. No safe in the room and only an open clothes rail with a couple of shelves. The mattress was very firm and only given one pillow and one towel each. I expect we could have asked for more but we didn't. Very easy to get from and to the airport using Uber and everywhere else for us was walkable. Ideal for an Xmas market visit.

Extremely love this place. Plus, very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Easy access to metro stations and attractive places.

Good clean basic Ibis hotel room. A little far from old town but still walkable to Old Town or the river.

Food is better than most hotel, but the service guy need to be more professional, like watching more, and shoudn't wear shoes which clickety-clacks when walking, right?
