Ao chegar de madrugada, fomos surpreendido positivamente pela tecnologia do hotel. Fomos ao quarto e no dia para fazer o Check in o recepcionista não muito simpático realizou o processo. O café da manhã maravilhoso com muito novidades e oferta. Quarto agradável e nos atendeu perfeitamente

You pay too much for what you get. Room is small and suffocate feeling. No sunlight or air. The main entrance smells from cigarettes. Some things did not worked in the room. No kettle or coffee machine in the rooms. I suggest to find a better place. Sorry. My experience. One good thing - always hot water in the shower.

Only issue was time to check in to get the key. Also last night the key card failed and we had to call the other hotel for someone to come and reactivate but they were very quick

Nice little hotel, very close to everything and walking distance to restaurants. The only thing to add is that the Spa and Sauna wasn’t working during my stay.

We couldn't use the safe as the staff couldn't find the key. The minibar didn't work. We asked several times to repair the bathroom mirror light, but it was never done. One day the shampoo bottle was refilled with just water. The room on the ground floor had a window that looked out onto the internal courtyard with benches where people often stopped, so we always had to keep the curtains drawn. The hotel is barely 2 stars and not 4

This hotel had the smallest room I had ever seen in a hotel. Maintenance was sub-par. I was considering paying for breakfast at the hotel, but overheard some Germans complaining about the poor selection as well as the many flies in the breakfast room. All in all this hotel was very disappointing.
