Amazing. Very quiet, though located in the central part of Prague. Breakfast was good. Nothing to complain about, can recommend this hotel.

部屋は、少し狭いですがビンテージな室内でとても心地よかったです。
マイナス点は一つだけ。
セキュリティボックスが有料だったことです。
初めての事だったのでビックリしました。

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Petr Hotel. Upon arrival, the staff informed me of a ‘mistake in the system’ and attempted to charge me four times the price I had originally booked. Despite showing them my booking confirmation, they refused to give me the room keys unless I paid the inflated amount. When I refused to pay the extra charge, they canceled my reservation on the spot, forcing me to leave the hotel and search for another place to stay with all my luggage. The service was unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise against staying here, as they clearly have no respect for their guests and are more interested in exploiting them.

Big spacious and light rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception desk. We booked triple room and all beds were ready upon our arrival. Unfortunately this is the only positive points about this hotel. The hotel is located away from main touristic attractions, so you need to take a tram to get to the old town or walk for about 30-40 min. We stayed 5 nights and saw minimal sign of cleaning services in the room. The beds were never made up, the floor not vacuumed... They only removed rubbish from the bin and changed towels on the floor. No slippers were provided and when requested, the response was that they don't have any. Bathroom was very small and inconvenient for showering. Elevator was located in between the floors, so you need to carry your luggage by stairs to reach the room. Breakfast provided in the hotel was the most terrible, limited and non tasty I ever saw in my life. No bottle of water provided in the room. And finally, it was annoying that WiFi signal was very poor and connection was dropping all the time.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's away from the overcrowded tourist areas, but easily accessible to them via tram or other transportation. The hotel is in an older building with slightly old-fashioned decor, but clean and well-maintained. Buffet breakfast with many choices. If you have difficulty with stairs, inquire directly with the hotel before booking to see if they can accommodate you. We were on the 5th floor and the elevator stops on a landing between floors 4 and 5, requiring using a flight of stairs either up to floor 5 or down to floor 4; not sure if all floors are like this. Plenty of restaurants and mini markets within a 10 minute walk. Also a bus stop and two tram stops close by. If vising the castle, use tram 22 on Vitezna street to avoid a long steep walk up to the castle.

Hotel Petr was a fantastic stay. Tram is next door, neighborhood is nice. Room was very clean and had a little fridge and television. Breakfast had sausages, fruits, pastries, coffee, bread, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, and all you could need to start your day. I definitely recommend this place in Prague.

This is a gem of a hotel away from the tourist crowds but just a few minutes walk to trams connecting you to the metro, old town, castle district and much more. One could even walk to most tourist attractions in 20-30 minutes. The neighborhood is very quiet, mostly residential with a few good restaurant and cafe options. There was always someone on the desk and English was spoken. Transit tickets and passes were sold at the desk at the face value rate. The included breakfast is very good. There is a room safe for a small daily fee. There is AC but this is also for an extra fee. Luckily it was not particularly hot while we were there and we could open the windows. I would stay here again and would recommend it as an oasis away from the bustling touristic areas.

Initially this was the tour choice and I stayed on extra days. Great location away from tourist hoardes, with easy tram access. Stores and restaurants are local, not touristy, check out Andel mall just two tram stops away. Excellent breakfasts! Just what I expect to eat in central Europe. Note they do not provide an airport shuttle - conflicting info on various sites. Staff helpful. Beds comfy until you've been there longer. Would like to visit again for more concerts and museums and would stay here.
