프라하 여행 중 가장 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 유명한 관광지 보다도 숙소가 가장 좋았고 행복했어요 3박 중, 하루는 일정을 취소하고 호캉스를 할 정도로! 처음 체크인 시, 너무도 친절한 데스크 직원분! 아직도 기억에 남아요 웰컴 과일도 너무 좋았고, 룸도 청결하고, 서비스도 좋고 만족스러워요 특히 창밖에 탁 트인 뷰가 너무 황홀합니다! 프라하가 한눈에 보이는! 그리고 조식 꼭 신청하세요~ 조식 레스토랑 뷰가 너무 좋고 메뉴가 잘 나오고 맛있어요! 저는 여행 시, 숙소를 가장 중요하게 생각해요 저의 모든 여행 중 가장 좋았던 호텔입니다🩷

酒店不太好找，躲在城堡區的一條死衚衕裏，帶着行李比較累，不過一進酒店那小門，濕毛巾，橙汁馬上送上來，雖然碰到些小麻煩，服務員還是非常講理的，素質比較高，但是有點提醒大家，超過6歲的小朋友要強制收取加床費，每晚65歐元，含早餐，這樣就不便宜了，酒店早餐也相對品種少，這酒店主打的就是服務好，還是值得推薦的

再次遇見布拉格，還是那麼心動，太美了忘記拍酒店照片。酒店在巷子深處的老房子，不規則形，酒店處處佈置得非常用心美麗優雅，房間感覺都不一樣大小和形狀，我們入住的卧室不是很大，但衞生間很大，中間還有個小間放行李還有衣帽大櫃子和桌子，挺舒適的。酒店接待也很好，非常老派的接待方式也很周到，行李小哥很年輕，也很真誠，在房間外等了好久拿行李。早餐不錯。缺點，汽車衹好在酒店外小廣場停，到酒店五十多米石子路，入住的話可以先到酒店叫一下服務員

這是我住過服務最好的酒店之一！酒店的硬件也不錯，在古城堡裏，早餐廳在4樓，俯瞰布拉格美景。酒店還提供古城堡的門票，下午茶（可惜沒有機會品嚐）有小點心贈送，開業床，洗漱用品是我喜歡的倫敦品牌。服務是真的貼心。兒子早晨6點的航班，酒店三點鐘準備好三明治，水果，酸奶，管家把車子從停車場開到酒店附近。等我們返回，管家又開回停車場。我們Check out把行李寄放到前台，去附近購物，等我們返回的時候行李已經都放到車上了。極力推薦，準備下次跟先生結婚紀念日的時候再次入住！

A beautiful hotel set in the castle walls, its a perfect place for couples. Amazing views, great staff especially in restaurant at breakfast.

The concierge, David, was superb. He addressed and solved our problem that was beyond his call of duty. We are definitely returning to this hotel this summer. He has given us confidence that we can stay comfortably at Golden Well hotel.

My husband and 7 yo daughter shared a room at the Golden Well for our 3 night stay in Prague. We loved the beautifully appointed room with sumptuous bedding, the great array of snacks and minibar, plenty of comfy furnishings, wonderful bath amenities, and the best staff one could ask for. The list goes on- we got a bottle of wine in our room, as well as a yummy dessert treat every night. The views of the rooftops from the restaurant were fantastic as well as was the proximity to Prague castle. We truly felt pampered and enjoyed the delicious breakfasts every morning. I would definitely recommend this charming, updated historic hotel (only if you are a quiet and respectful guest however as it is not a place for late night partiers).

Highly recommend this hotel. If you are looking for a quaint high end hotel this is it. It is not your typical chain hotel but every room is quirky and distinct. Staff is super friendly and attentive and the restaurant was AMAZING! There wasnt anything i did not like about this hotel.

I have rarely written reviews... My husband and I wanted to stay at this hotel the following weekend. We saw haw charming it looked and thought it would be perfect....A well earned weekend get-away. It was late on Saturday night and I thought I should book a nice room for the following weekend before I go to bed. I did just that and accidentally put todays date and not for next weekend....My husband caught this in the morning. I immediately asked to change the date for the one we meant to book the following weekend. After a few days I was told that no change and no refund. I own a small business and I know that an honest mistake happens. WOW- I spent my vacation money for the weekend now... so Prague will have to wait. I'm disappointed that...Thats it. I don't want to hurt the business but I think possibly it may help the management realize that every customer matters.

Location is right under the palace ! Staff is great and the breakfast is wonderful !

The staff was absolutely amazing and made the stay truly enjoyable they were right there for any question and to help with anything and everything. Breakfast was excellent and the dinning experience on the roof was spectacular. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to head to Prague!! It’s well Worth it…

Quiet, clean with beautiful views. The staff was fabulous. The room was large, spotless and luxurious.

Six stars on a five-star scale. Exceptionally quiet, many perks and services are included, large room by all standards not just European standards.
