In the front desk, there is a tall girl with blond hair, she was really helpful and help us call the Taxi! The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the famous sites, everything else is very good.

Highly not recommend for staying this hotel when paying high room rates. Worst experience I ever try in 5 stars hotel. No air-conditioning and ventilation in the room, no one reply when I request for change to higher floor room and poor English for the front desk staff. My gf got sick when she staying in the hotel due to worst ventilation and no air-conditioning in the room. Moreover, the hotel can not provide king bed facilities. The hotel uses two twin beds combined as king bed and provide two twin bed blanket for king bed customers.😭😡It is very non sense. When I request for king bed size blanket, no staff can understand what I am asking. Also, when you pay for reservation, the hotel don’t have cancellation refund policy as we know that world known 5 stars brand hotel can refund the charge when cancellation booking before 24hours than your staying. Only pros of the hotel is great environment in the hotel and friendly concierge staff…. Not worth for staying in this hotel for paying 350-400 euro dollars🥲🥲. Very terrible experience.

어느 부잣집을 개조해서 만든 호텔입니다. 정말 특별하고 좋습니다. 방도 아주 넓고 층고가 높습니다. 엄마가 정말 좋아하셨습니다. 직원들도 너무너무 친절합니다!! 위치도 까를교랑 아주 가까워서 다니기 편했어요. 천문시계까지 도보 10분입니다

鬧中取靜，房間非常的大，保存古老特色，樓下的庭院悠閑愜意。

酒店位置很好，靠近查理大橋，出行方便。訂了3晚，第一天訂了2個不同的房間，都有空調，第二天需要換房，給我們換到一樓沒有空調，但前一天入住同樣的房型都有空調。跟前台溝通後，經理果斷免費升級套房，還將2個各20kg的行李搬上3樓

性價比很一般，洗手間沒有放化粧品的地方很不方便，沒有護髮素，房間小，床特別特別軟不太舒服，很一般，位置可以，出門就是河，離大橋還挺近，就是房間沒有看出來設計感能夠排名第一

侍應生的服務態度很好。酒店的位置也很好，離景點很近，步行可達。就是酒店的排風系統有點問題，晚上房間裏會聞到燒烤味。

我不知道為什麼酒店不回覆郵件！發了四封郵件，從來沒有回覆過！按金還沒退

超級滿意超級意外的一次酒店預訂 地理位置極佳，所有景點步行可達～房間視野太好了，每天醒來就能看到布拉格城堡、查理大橋～窗户全部能打開，傍晚開窗吹吹風，看到落日餘暉落在河畔旁，太美了～每天玩一會兒就要回房間躺一會兒哈哈～ 歐洲的房間都不大，這個房間大小也超預期～ 前台和管家的服務態度都超級棒，幫我處理所有的行李並且認真講解每一項～ 這次歐洲的最後一站，幸福圓滿！以後再來布拉格都會住這裏！我一定還會回來的！
