First problem during check in, hotel did not have my reservation in system, my 2nd the same experience with lost booking. Hotel accepted my Trip mail confirmation and I solved this issue with trip via chat in app, live agent answer into 1min and start solving, 15min later contact me via call with result and apologize with points compensation around 10usd. Hotel has new app with all info about hotel ordering drink to room, cleaning and etc really nice. I got upgrade free due to lost booking upon my requst from hotel. Bed styling looks like very poor, like at university :-). Suprise was only 1 tower for 2 person booking double room.

Great stay, bit limited but tasty breakfast, great comfort in the room, super clean, lot of options inside the hotel (hotel group resort with cable car)

Everything was good, the food was good, the view was great, but initially the wrong room was given to us, there were other travellers in the room when we went in, but that was quickly sorted out

So I was charged again at the hotel for city tax even though I had paid it already via the app. The hotel insisted on it. And also the Massages isn’t free the should have informed me the fees apply to it so I could have taken that into consideration when booking it. Also I requested my room to be cleaned a couple times and it was left messy for two days before I left. They hotel was very accommodating thought they searched restlessly to find a room suited me. And was very good at directing me despite the language barrier. I was charged over £100 for parking for 4 nights so I wouldn’t recommend parking there.

There were several elements via your stay, which we consider as minor inconveniences. In such matter, the city tax fee is generally payed by the guest during the check-in or at the check-out. If such information is provided in advance by the site, that this cost is not being covered by the guest himself, our personnel won´t insist on paying of such fee. Massages in our hotel are of additonal value and enrichment during the stay. We do not offer this service free of charge. Many information panels, which are present in our property, inform our guests about this aspect. We´d like to apologize for the cleaning during your stay. We´ll definitely keep the track of the service and make sure that all is corrected and optimal during the time of yours in our property. The charging fee for parking is currently 670 CZK/28 EUR per night. This is 50% reduction from the former cost of the guests, who do not have any reservation of the stay with us. Çok temiz bir yerdi . Konum olarak harika heryere çok yakın ayrıca metrobüslere yakındı. Odalar sıcacıktı , personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı . Oda manzarası parka bakıyordu. Kahvaltı yeterli idi

酒店比較老,裝修略顯陳舊。房間面積挺大。 早飯也還不錯。 位置距離市中心大約步行3千米。 停車費太貴,要大約30多歐。

地理位置有點偏,前台服務不錯,但是業務不熟練,給我的房卡第一遍沒有磁,導致我又跑了一遍。早晨時有好幾個人試圖用他們的房卡打開我的房間,也有陌生人不斷地敲我的門,但在我問他們是誰的時候就走了。 攜程客服非常好,一直在不斷溝通

The swimming pool is part of the wellness area in NH Collection Prague hotel, which is considered as a separate establishment, and this is also a reason for additional 15 EUR for the entry. In total, there are 2 wellness zones. One is a part of NH Prague City - with no additional costs and the other one with swimming pool is part of our upper-scale hotel NH Collection Prague. The wellness in NH Prague City consists of relaxation zone, 2 saunas and a gym. This is included for you via the stay and you do not pay for any extras. We apologize for the misunderstadnings, which occured during your stay. The English of our staff members will be checked on our side. We believe that the level of comprehension is on good level, but we value your shared remark and do our maximum to ensure optimal level of communication between our staff members and the guests. サウナは至って普通のサウナです。 宿泊者に比べると、ちょっと狭いかな。 ロウリュができないドライサウナだったのが、ちょっと残念。 リニューアルを期待したい。 旧市街から少し離れているものの、価格が安い! 部屋はリノベーションされているのか、広いし、きれいでした。 朝食ブッフェも美味しかったです。 総合して、こちらに宿泊して良かったです。

酒店房間內部雖然不新 但是大堂和公共設施還是不錯的 唯一的缺點是如果你有很多行李 打算從地鐵站或者電車站走路去酒店的話會比較費勁 因為酒店的位置在半山腰的高坡 😄

服務前台非常差,Check in 時 態度惡劣傲慢,給錢受氣,尤其對著旅客,房間還好吧但不算非常乾淨,但最大問題真是服務人員的態度,請你們做好自己的身份,尊重自己尊重他人 你們的嘴臉讓人作嘔,雖然酒店的設施尚算齊全,但是服務人員態度令人扣了很多分, 真心不建議這間酒店,會影響你在布拉格的整體觀感 very bad attitude. reception service is so rude. 🤮 I didnt recommend this hotel. DONT SHOW YOUR SHI**TY FACE TO YOUR CUSTOMER.
