Très bien situé, pas loin de château de Prague.
Les service et l'accueil sont bien.
Seule bémol, la chambre est face de la rue . Du coup, un peu bruyant quand les trams sont passés

Sink blocked two days in a row. Wasn’t repaired until the final day. Room door left unlocked when ‘cleaning’. Sheets were not changed either. When reporting to staff they acknowledged the problem but failed to provide any goodwill. Really poor and disappointed.

The staff are amazing - helpful, friendly, ant do enough for you.
The location is close to Charles Bridge and the historic old town.
The unobstructed panoramic views of Prague Castle were spectacular.

I didn't realize the spa cost extra money, so I was bummed about that. The breakfast was lovely and they provided me soy milk the second day they realized a guest was lactose. That was thoughtful. The location was great! The staff was friendly. The building made me think of the past in an elegant way.

Great location and clean. Not the best shower and sink stopper didn’t work and the bed was a bit uncomfortable, othwise good.

Friendly and helpful staff. The problem with the air conditioning was solved. Clean rooms. Only a few TV channels worked. A bottle of sparkling wine delivered to the room as a welcome gift.

The breakfast was too simple, they were reluctant to to fill the empty dishes regularly. The room service was not good either, When we asked to turn the heater (it was Spring), the employees did their best just to persuade us that the temperature was OK, and the heater was not needed!
