Great place that’s convenient to the Museum station and walkable to old town. Lots of interesting places nearby too. Rooms are clean with all the basic amenities. Would be great if they could have a small rack in the shower stand to place shampoo/soap bottles Would stay again if I’m back in Prague!

Great hotel. The staff is very helpful. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast and the food in general at the restaurant is absolutely fantastic. Hotel is located near the centre of the New town, and near Katerinska Metro Station. Generally in Prague you can walk anywhere from the hotel, but if your tired you can buy easily a Metro ticket for 30 mins, and you can easily buy it online from the PID Litacka application for just 30 CZK.

While the outside of the hotel come into years the interior is well maintained. Rooms are okay size and tidy and clean. The breakfast is solid however, I did not order breakfast before (was walking in) and was treated as a 2nd class customer. In fact, I had to wait until other customers (who were behind me in the queue) were processed at the breakfast entrance.

Wow! What a hotel. Very nice reception staff. Room was very big and clean. Washroom too was big. Hotel is centrally located and is just 300 mts away from the tram/ bus station. Many eating/ café are nearby. I will surely stay again here in this hotel. Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square too are just 2 km away.

The hotel is in a nice location for getting around Prague, very central to the train station and to the old town both within a ten minute walk. The staff was really helpful when we arrived, even letting us check in early. The room itself was nice enough although there was no hair dryer or iron which was a little frustrating as I checked this before I arrived to know if I needed to pack either. We had a city view room so it was very very nosey at night and did not have a good night sleep either night we stayed along with the rooms air con not working either we couldn’t open the window too cool down because of the noise. We had breakfast included which was really nice, it was a breakfast buffet, we didn’t struggle to find anything to eat.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the food is great. The rooms are very small. and charge even for a bottle of water that is in the minibar In addition to this, they told us in the morning that it would be possible to do a late checkout, then after 10 minutes they told us no and that we would have to pay an extra night if we wanted to stay. And they will give us a discount of 40 dollars. I think that if they make such a mistake they need to absorb it and not cause discomfort on the part of the customer.

Check in was smooth. However the room itself was not cleaned or inspected thoroughly. The spoon for the coffee station was actually still covered in coffee. Fortunately I noticed before I used it. Likewise the mug was not washed. The toilet was clean, but there was no shelf in the bathroom for me to put my toiletries on. Bed was comfortable, overall sufficient space. Decent stay for the price, and near the train stations if you arrive or depart by train.

Love the room, huge space, space for dining and kitchen simple cooking, with all utensils available in the room. bathroom was huge, quiet place, nearby to the attractions and tram station, walking distance to many places including the prague main train station (not with luggage). Highly recommended this hotel for small family and vacation.

Excellent breakfast service and waiters. Room was nice and spacious, we had a room facing backwards but the view from breakfast was satisfactory for us. Bed was comfortable. Also received free entry to the top for one time which was a nice gesture. Overall really enjoyed the stay and would come here again.
