The hotel is conveniently located near the ******. All the hotel staff was friendly. The room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the breakfast. It was nice to have the option of the buffet or sit down. I would stay here again!

I am terribly with names but the young lady that checked us in was so sweet and so professional. And the bartender was amazing she was friendly, fun and very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The manager Edina charged our room a smoking fee of $250 neither one of us smoke! I talked to her and she was very rude and asked her on what grounds she charged my card and she said I smelled smoke and that's good enough no refund period! I then had the owner call me and he was just as rude saying they had pictures of ashes on the end table (again neither one of us smoke) they sent me the pictures and what I saw was another room because the phone was on the wrong side of the lamp and carpet was completely different color and it looked like someone just dumped a bunch of ashes on the table! Now who would leave that knowing you would be charged! Long story short no refund per the owner! I would not stay here ever again they are scammers and are very rude to their guest. Must need the money and I sure as hell can't afford $ 250 dollars

The place was great. The staff was amazing. Very convenient to the ****** however, the only thing I wish they had was a shuttlebus. The reason why we stayed here was not only because the facility was beautiful, but it was close to the ****** and thought there would be a shuttle bus to get us back-and-forth. We had to take a Uber Uber both ways. it would’ve been more convenient if the shuttle service was still available other than that we had a great day and enjoyed being there

Loved the stay overall. The pillows were not to my taste though. Didn't realize that I could have called for different ones. Wish there were instructions regarding the heating vents. Didn't sleep well bc of the noise and didn't know how to resolve the issue.

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff was professional and friendly. Only critique is that the rooms need to have a usb port like most hotels do now..

Recently stayed overnight while attending a show at Foxwoods. Service was great, everything was easily accessible. Room was clean and comfortable. Ordered breakfast in the morning and it was delicious.

Ran out of toilet paper literally when we got there and for$355 for one night I should of had a whirlpool tub nothing exciting won't spend that again but def. Ok just super overpriced

Great place to stay, only a mile to foxwoods ******. Complex and our room was very clean and modern. Definitely recommend.
