Upstairs there is a bright and large living room with kitchen equipped with all appliances, the sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a terrace for exclusive use, overlooking the pool and a bathroom equipped with every comfort. Bathroom with shower on the floor.DownstairsA bright staircase leads to the lower floor where there is a large living room full of light and which leads to the three bedrooms and another large bathroom also equipped with every comfort.The exterior is studied in detail. The large English lawn surrounds the entire villa where there is the Mediterranean scrub and the large swimming pool (infinity 12m x 6m minimum height 110 cm maximum height 230 cm) with outdoor furniture such as: deck chairs, umbrellas, chairs and tables. Shade is also provided by the trees that surround the lawn and by the umbrellas.Upon arrival, the payment of the Tourist Tax and the Security Deposit of € 400 will be required.
