Can't fault this hotel. Second time coming here at this time of year,second time we've had a free upgrade to a sea view suite. It's perfectly placed by the beach and coastal path. It's nice and quiet this time of year,just how we like it. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style with loads to choose from. Different themed nights for dinner.

My husband and I have just had a wonderful holiday in this gorgeous hotel. Our room was magnificent with a beautiful 180 panoramic sea view. Our rooms were attended to every day, unless you pressed the do not disturb button. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool area was spacious and the beds were plentiful and no having to put towels out early on a morning. We had breakfast only, this was lovely, plenty of everything and good quality,I especially liked the fresh honeycomb, which made a wonderful touch. I must praise Christina who makes the pancakes and omelettes, always a smile and asking how you are. When I first arrived in the breakfast area, i noticed there was no decaf coffee, I approached Christina to ask if they do decaf, she then told me to hang on and then appeared with a handful of decaf sachets. Every morning she asked me if I had enough coffee. That is going above and beyond and she is a credit to the hotel We can’t wait to go back again in the future as we had a fantastic experience and have no negatives at all to say about the place. Thank you Evelena for making our stay wonderful

The walls are not well insulated as we could hear everything from the room beside ours. We could hear people’s conversations, their kids crying, the closet doors opening and closing, packing and unpacking all of it even with the air conditioning on.

Never a four star hotel not in a million years. The hotel was clean and the staff were wonderful run by a totally arrogant man who had the audacity to say he knew how to run a hotel as he had been to university well sometimes experience is much better the question is how many all inclusive holidays has he been on. If you book a 12 day holiday you only get ten and a half days as you arrive late, the bar is shut you are given a plastic sandwich, 2 dry crackers and a apple if you want a drink you pay as all inclusive starts at 10am until 10pm couldn’t have a cup of tea the milk was rancid. The day you leave they take your wrist band at 12 o’clock give you a voucher for lunch and one drink regardless what time you depart. The food is the same day in day out and always cold, bread is often stale. One poor guest had a accident and fell in the childrens pool he never even enquired if the gentleman was ok and said he it was his fault yet the very next day 3 more guests fell in the same pool as it isn’t well marked. I strongly suggest jet2 remove this hotel the worst all inclusive experience ever.

We stayed all inclusive for a week, plenty of food choice and it was tasty, the food just needed to be a little hotter. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless. No issue getting sunbeds, we would get them between 8 and half past and would still be plenty left. Close walk to local bars and restaurants. Only let down is that all inclusive would finish at 10pm which was very strange and the hotel needs more evening entertainment.

First visit to the Evalena Hotel, from walking through the entrance doors I was very impressed with what I seen. Stayed in room 334 which has a sea view and what a view. The staff at this hotel work so hard, the hotel is immaculate and that shows in the high standard of cleanliness throughout every area of the hotel. Staying on a fully inclusive package we ate in the hotel, extensive range of food was on offer at breakfast, lunch and evening meals. The staff in the restaurant are always cheerful, helpful and very attentive. The pool area as you would expect is kept spotless and is cleaned every morning. The staff in the poolside bar are also like all staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel bar is a very pleasant area to sit and your entertained by a very funny barman. Have to thank all the staff at the Evalena to many to name individual but thank you . Thanks to the reception and house keeping staff who were able to accommodate our request to keep our room on, this is a great help on your last day. So overall our experience and stay at the Evalena Hotel has been a pleasure and would do it all again. The Hotel for those who don't know is located on the seafront in a fantastic location, short stroll will take you into the centre of the resort with plenty going on. So once again I say Thank You to All the Staff at The Evalena Hotel.

I would give 4 out of 5.. hotels very clean. Our room was nice and big.. staff very friendly. Never a problem with sunbeds and parasols,, pool was never cold prob due to the heatwave there . Drink prices very fair, 4 euros a pint.. Now 3 little negatives.. 1, food although very tasty could have been a little hotter. 2, Bathroom towels although big enough could have been thicker. 3, Lack of good entertainment on an evening.. im sure a good singer at least twice a week would do brill for the hotel.. WOULD WE RETURN. ...YES.... Protaras is beautiful .. friendly and the Evalena beach hotel is defo worth a visit...

There is no need to worry about some of the less favourable reviews. This hotel is perfect. It is very clean, well situated and the staff are helpful and friendly. The beach is beautiful and in the evening you are just a stroll away from the bustling *****. There's plenty of choices for both breakfast and dinner. We are fussy about our food, but had no complaints In fact, we have been invited to a friend's wedding in November next year and we will be booking to stay at Evalena Beach again. G and E room 109
