Kokkinos Boutique Hotel

Very good hotel. Good size room, all furnishing is new and in perfect working order. Very clean. Good breakfast. Short walk to the beach. They provide beach towels as well (small refundable deposit required). Would definitely return again.

Judging by the other reviews I read before booking I had high expectations of this hotel and I was not disappointed. Although the breakfast was the same every day there was so much to choose from sweet to savoury, all delicious, staff are so friendly and helpful, in particular Vicky at reception, when I asked where tourist information was she said why do you need tourist information I will help you and she did, from bus timetables to places of interest, the rooms are modern and well laid out with plenty of space, we didn’t use the pool as we preferred the beach (which is only a few minutes walk away) but it was kept immaculate with the maintenance man cleaning it every morning. I also have to mention - this is I think the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in, from the rooms to the car park! Our flight was late at night, which meant we had to vacate our room in the morning and use the showers near the pool to freshen up after a sticky day on the beach, it too was immaculate and clean with the most pleasant smell. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I was visiting this resort, the only thing I would do is book a room with a sea view.

We have just got back from a 10 day stay here and it was fantastic. We travelled as a young family with a six month old baby and could not be happier. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming - they all knew my little boys name by the third day and chatted away with him, all making sure to stop by and say hello each day! The room was really spacious even with a travel cot in the room, we were in B block and it was so quiet in the room - it was perfect for us. The pool is very chilly as it’s quite shaded but we still managed to have a dip, although I don’t think it gets used by many as you did need to be brave to get in! Saw it being cleaned daily by the lovely maintenance man. Breakfast was lovely - although two types ‘cocktail’ sausages rather than actual sausages. But plenty of other options - the pastries were delightful. The blonde lady who works at breakfast was exceptionally lovely to our family. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Only a few minutes walk to the beach and right on the *****. I think we will be back next year!!

Excellent breakfast/ lovely staff at breakfast time Rooms cleaned everyday Reception ladies always so friendly Ideal location for us. Although it’s located on the ***** we didn’t find it too noisy but maybe that’s because we were in the B block over looking the pool. Also a bonus for us was that we also had a part sea view. Second time staying here and for us it was a perfect place to stay. The staff are all great and very friendly, the breakfast is good and the rooms are kept superbly clean. Can't wait to go back. We stayed in the B block and it's a little back off the main road, I'm guessing the front block right on the ***** could get a bit noisy at night.

Excellent experience!!! Staff and hotel owners are very friendly, professional and service oriented. We felt their hospitality in every gesture. The hotel location is really good, near sandy beaches, shops, restaurants at the vicinity. The rooms ate spacious, with a balcony, very comfortable beds, breakfast with a big variety and of good quality food. The swimming pool is s big and there is one for children too, all areas, internal and external are very clean. For those who depart late, the hotel offers the possibility to keep the luggages in lockers and to take a shower in the shower room so that you can enjoy the day. The hotel parking is also an asset. Great. for singles, couples and families. We have already booked it for next year!

First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to the management of the Kokkinos Hotel! Thanks to the clear organization, everything here is 100% perfect 👌🏼 Bravo! Thank you for the great breakfasts and fast service - it’s perfect! Thank you for the cleanliness of the room! We also want to mention Nadya!!! (receptionist) - She is a sincere, sympathetic, kind and most importantly professional worker! (management, appreciate such employees) So: I didn’t want to write such a review so that fewer guests would come here and there would be free rooms 😄 - but, if you take away all the jokes...... We have been to many hotels in Cyprus (over the course of 5 years of visiting Protaras - we are coming back here next year!!!)

We had an amazing stay in the KOKKINOS Boutique Hotel in Protaras! The location is perfect, very close to Fig Tree Bay and other wonderful beaches. The restaurants, bars and shops are only some steps away. The room was very spacious and clean, and also the pool area is very nice and good to relax. The staff is extemely friendly, attentive and courteous (I want to mention specially Maya and Constantinos). Breakfast was also nice with different options of savoury or sweet meals. Big recommendation for this hotel for a great stay in beautiful Cyprus!

I'm visiting the specific Boutique Hotel the last 4 years constantly. According to my opinion there is no better option in Protaras. Spotless, Warm welcoming, Friendly approach, Value for money, Variety breakfast by the pool, Parking, Location, Service. You have just to park your car and to take it when you check out as everything is on a walkable distance. There is possibility of Snacks or Lunch in much better prices compare to the restaurants that surrounds the Hotel. The pool is always clean and there is a shadow at afternoon so if you has had enough of Sunshine at the beach then you can cool down at the pool whereby you have amazingly relaxing a**osphere. Maya & Constantinos are simply impeccable
