A dire la verità mi aspettavo di più, le foto, ingannano un tantino. Le camere sono più piccole di quello che si immagina, comunque il letto è comodo, bisogna fare attenzione alla finestra perchè è facile andare a sbattere allo sportellone per oscurare. Ottima la prima colazione con varietà di dolce e salato, gentilissimo ed educato il personale di servizio, mai invadente, ma attento.

Regarding TV, there is a free Sky service with Italian content, so not useful to non Italian speaking guests. Did not use it, so I don't know if it can be switched to other languages. Netflix and YouTube are installed, but were not working in our room. Everything else is just great.

Stayed at the Minerva as part of a Riveria tour. A nice hotel on the outskirts of Arezzo (about a 20 minute walk to the gates of the town or take a bus). Clean rooms, helpful staff, a good breakfast, plenty of parking - and if you have never been to Arezzo, a delightful historic town well worth a visit. We stayed four nights.

Great location on the edge of downtown, but a mix of challenges and pluses. It was a warm day and the small room was stuffy. The hotel turned on the AC for us which we appreciated. Bathroom modern with very small shower. Breakfast room very attractive. There was a complete buffet on offer including a number of fruit tarts. Rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of the city and the cathedral perched high on its plateau is a plus,and the bar there served drinks during certain hours. In other public spaces, walls were dark and the decor was tired and dated. Carpets and the like were not as clean as they should have been.

B&b situato al centro di Arezzo ,a pochi metri dalla stazione.Camera ampia e spaziosa dotata di ogni confort con all interno la particolarità della vasca idromassaggio .Letto comodo come i cuscini,pulizia eccellente.colazione da 5 stelle in quanto,oltre a una colazione internazionale con prodotti di qualità e ampia scelta, è possibile ammirare il panorama del centro storico di Arezzo.da segnalare la gentilezza e la premura della Titolare ..da consigliare e da ritornare .

My mother and I booked a room the day before and drove from Lucca to Arezzo. We ate dinner at the hotel and also had breakfast the following morning. Both were buffets and had a great selection. I was very impressed with the wait staff - they were so attentive and nice to all the diners. The front desk personnel were helpful and friendly as well. We booked a standard room with 2 beds and it was fine. The shower was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also, the hotel was easy to find (not always the case in Italy)
