Hotel 4 bintang Province of Ferrara yang Popular

The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city center but it is very convenient if one is traveling by car. To arrive to downtown one needs around 15 minutes on foot. Fine for us. One can see that it had been a very elegant place, unfortunately right now needs renovation. Some things of our room were not in good condition. The heating system was not working properly but fortunately the people from the reception sent someone to fix it. We had too a little inconvenient with some kids that were making a lot of noise making it impossible to sleep. Again the problem was solved. It would say that the most outstanding offer of the hotel is the helpfulness and friendliness of some people in the reception area .There is a guy who is fantastic and I am so sorry that I can’t remember his name. The breakfast was ok. Investing some money to renovating it would be a fantastic idea!!!

We spent in this hotel only one night. The hotel is nice and the receptionists were very friendly. But unfortunately, when we came with our group, one triple room wasn't ready for check-in, so we needed to wait until our room will be cleaned. So it was 3 p.m. and we came from the airport after the 4-hours flight. The breakfast was OK (nobody waits for an excellent breakfast from the Italian hotels), but the coffee machine didn't work and the bar attendant had to prepare it for each of us. The hotel location is very good, a 3-minute walk to the main sight- the castle, some small shops around. But I recommend walking a little bit more to find more interesting cafes or restaurants.

It’s a little out of the city center, about 30 minutes walking but rather than that, everything was great. Staff are all welcoming, especially helpful are the reception team with loads of advice and help. Rooms are a good size and kept very clean, all common areas are also kept clean. Breakfast is good, with great service and a good selection of hot and cold food. A really pleasant place to stay and a great price point, great value for money. I can highly recommend to everyone 😎🙏🏾

I booked a room including breakfast a few days ago and asked about the possibility of having breakfast in the room, given the current covid situation and was told that it was not a problem and to just call in the morning. I called and when asked what I wanted I mentioned a croissant and some bread, thinking that it would be obvious that there would be jam or something with the bread. No, only the bread, the croissant and the cappuccino, and the knife, although I am not sure what for. What shocked me was the room service cost, 10 euros for bringing that tray to the room. Most hotels will charge 2-3, maybe 5euros euros for room service charge but 10 euros is far too much!When I checked out I was told I had to pay for the room, the parking and the room service, to which I told her that I already paid for the room with breakfast online. All sorted but the room service bill was far too much, especially given the pandemic situation where one is trying to avoid being in a room full of people without masks on. The room was in the annex of the hotel and was comfortable enough although the toilet area is too small, one has to walk in sideways and basically your knees are almost touching the wall in front of you when you sit. The rooms in the annex probably have thin walls as one can hear everything, including guests who talk loudly at 02:00 in the morning. The street cleaners also started cleaning the piazza at 01:30 in the morning. The location is great but it was impossible to sleep. wifi is also spotty in the room (110).

This hotel is receiving a four star due to the location. Walk out to everything. Castle, Cathedral, shops, restaurants (be sure to make reservations). I was not happy that the staff decided to put us on the side of the hotel which has a building project next door. We arrived on a Sunday and didn't notice. On Monday we were up at 7am due to lots of noise. Also.... if you are driving, the Mapquest cannot help you due to lots of closed streets. I finally got out and walked in order to find a local person to tell me how to get there. After that, we drove the car to the parking garage (extra cost) and left it for two days.
