Sono stato in questo albergo con un colega per lavoro e abbiamo prenotato due camere… già dalla prenotazione telefonica si intuiva la mancanza di fiducia verso il cliente e la poca cortesia (chiarendo che il pagamento doveva essere effettuato all’arrivo). Una volta giunti a destinazione ci hanno chiesto il pagamento anticipato con poca gentilezza, e così è stato fatto con regolare fattura a nome della società. Successivamente ci siamo recati nel ristorante della struttura per la cena dove abbiamo atteso 45 minuti per un antipasto e 30 minuti per le bevande precedentemente ordinate.I camerieri non erano preparati ad esclusione di una signora che si prodigava per risolvere le mancanze con professionalità e gentilezza cosa rara nella struttura… alla fine della cena ci é stato chiesto il numero della camera e prontamente abbiamo chiesto il conto, la risposta è stata “verrà qualcuno ad accompagnarvi alla reception”, noi a quel punto ci siamo offerti di andare direttamente alla reception per pagare senza il bisogno di essere accompagnati, inutile dire che siamo stati scortati come dei malviventi. Difronte alla reception abbiamo chiesto spiegazione per questa sfiducia nei nostri confronti e non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna risposta anzi siamo stati derisi. Mi chiedo se all’arrivo non fosse stato più semplice chiedere una carta di credito in grazia in modo da evitare situazioni spiacevoli ed imbarazzanti. Mi dispiace che una struttura che tutto sommato si presenta bene abbia del personale inadeguato. Nota di merito per la cucina piatti semplici ma buoni. Mi dispiace ma non tornerò più in questa struttura.

”Il nostro soggiorno presso Daytona Hotel è stato a dir poco spettacolare. Il design elegante dell'hotel, combinato con i suoi servizi, ha reso l'esperienza davvero rilassante e piacevole. Il personale simpatico, attento e cortese ha soddisfatto 30 persone del nostro team, garantendo ogni nostra esigenza, assicurando il massimo confort possibile. Per questo ringraziamo tutti voi ma in particolare (Farida per la sua simpatia ed empatia,Bea per la sua professionalità e gentilezza, Ambra per la sua immedesimazione nella persona che ha difronte e la sua intelligenza nel non farti sentire mai fuori luogo, Lorena per la sua spontaneità ed eleganza, Vinicius per il suo modo pacato nel garantirti le informazioni ed infine il capo Cristoforo che è una persona meritevole e umile) e poi il resto del personale che si è rapportato con chiunque in modo cordiale e simpatico, empatico e professionale. Grazie alla sua posizione comoda e al servizio eccellente, Daytona Hotel è diventato rapidamente la nostra scelta preferita per l'alloggio. 5 stelle!”

Great location near motorway. Large room with super comfortable massive bed. Clean. Good restaurant just down the road. Would have been perfect if it was not so hot. 'Air conditioning' was 26 degrees which is much hotter than we have our day time heating in the winter. Windows were screwed shut. When we complained we were told that the Italian authorities have a rule that air conditioning cannot be below 26 after beginning September. This cannot be true as we have spent over 4 weeks in Italy and had no problems at any of the 15 hotels we have stayed in. Eventually they reduced it to 23 degrees which was still too hot. Water pressure in the shower was low. Breakfast was a motel style buffet which was ok but not great.

Bellissimo albergo situato in campagna facilmente e comodamente collegato alla città. Spazi comuni ampi, personale accorto e professionale. Camere comode e funzionali. Buffet di colazione ampio e buono. Unica pecca: le camere sono poco insonorizzate e si sentono parlare i vicini. Per il resto tutto al top.

· Sehr gutes Hotel alles (fast) hat gepasst... freundliche- hilfsbereite Menschen ... Tolles Frühstück/ sehr gutes Abendessen grosse Auswahl / Gute Zimmergrösse/ renoviertes Badezimmer / gute Klimaanlage /gute Betten .... Etwas ganz besonders zwei Teams des Damen Giro d Itala waren ebenfalls vor Ort dein Tolle Erfahrung auch für uns Nicht gefallen · Das einzige was uns sehr gestört hat dass auf der schönen Terrasse im ganzen Bereich geraucht wird das ist nicht mehr ganz Zeitgemäss 🤔 für Nichtraucher Sportler/ Gesundheitsbewusste wäre super wenn die Terrasse abgeteilt würde in für Raucher und Nichtraucher 😀 ....so geschehen Familie mit Kinder am Tisch Frühstück..... und am direkten Tisch Nebendran wurde stark geraucht .😟...das finden wir nicht gut. ”Passivrauch ist genau so schädlich” Trotzdem ..wenn wir wieder und Gegend sind werden wir auf jeden Fall hier wieder gerne Übernachten.... wir haben uns wohlgefühlt 😂

As someone who has frequented luxury accommodations like Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco, I expected a certain level of service and quality when booking a stay at the Grand Hotel De la Ville Parma. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but satisfactory. From the moment my family and I arrived, we were met with rudeness and indifference from the front desk staff. Their dismissive attitude made us feel unwelcome, a stark contrast to the warm hospitality we're accustomed to, even in smaller establishments. The issues didn't end there. The rooms were not only cramped but also poorly maintained. Despite our repeated attempts to adjust the temperature, we were met with frustration and false promises from the staff. It was clear that the hotel's amenities and infrastructure were severely outdated. Adding insult to injury, the lack of basic amenities further exacerbated our disappointment. A simple request for a wine opener turned into a baffling ordeal, with the staff displaying a complete lack of professionalism and hospitality. The exorbitant charge quoted for such a basic service was nothing short of insulting. In contrast to my extensive travels and stays at various hotels, including reputable chains in small towns across the US, the Grand Hotel De la Ville Parma fell far short of even the most basic standards. The absence of glassware, a functional mini-fridge, or a coffee machine in the room only compounded our frustration. To sum up, my experience at the Grand Hotel De la Ville Parma was nothing short of a nightmare. From the indifferent staff to the lackluster amenities, it's evident that this establishment falls far below the standards of a purported 5-star hotel. I regret ever stepping foot in this establishment and would caution anyone seeking luxury accommodations to look elsewhere.
