The Italian summer you are dreaming of! The hotel is located in the heart of Tuscany and you can visit a lot of great smaller and bigger towns within one hour by car. Talking about the hotel itself it offers an awesome combination of modern architecture combined with classic Italian design. The rooms are very big, super clean and modern. Pros: - Awesome design - Perfect service all over the hotel - Great pool area with a lot of space and a nice pool bar - Great breakfast with a well balanced combination of buffet and alla cart - Lovely dining experience with a large selection of wines - Good location in the heart of Tuscany - A lot of Italian guests creating a very local experience Cons: - NONE Arrival: 10/10 At the time of our arrival we were warmly welcomed and parking is free. Also the reception team directly asked about anything the can assist us with making our stay even more beautiful and creating an unique experience. Either you can choose from a lot of activities or ask the lovely service team to create you more unique fully customized experiences. Rooms: 10/10 The room was nicely prepared and has a perfect view. We are having an room on the first level (room 26) and can totally recommend it. Some large rooms also offering a terrace or balcony. Breakfast: 10/10 Perfect breakfast with a large selection of international and local dishes. The buffet serves a well balanced combination of fresh fruits, bread, nuts and varying local cakes. At the table you can offer a large selection of dishes and drinks like freshly made orange juice. Pool: 10/10 Large pool with a lot of space, overall not crowded with a lot of privacy due to the large area. Overall: 10/10 We are currently still staying at the hotel but this is definitely one of the best hotels we have ever visited. It creates a very luxurious local Italian feeling with perfect service. This hotel was booked by a company I am working for, so I am sure it was booked purely on price as we were quite a large party. I understand that any business coming out of lockdown has a hard job on its hands, but on entering my room, I did feel it was necessary to wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes as everything was quite dusty. Some of my colleagues were unhappy with the cleanliness of their rooms. Following my initial clean down, my room was tidied daily. Wifi is poor, except in reception which has nowhere to sit and work, so if you are here on business, you don’t have any privacy to get work done. Continental breakfast is okay, but I cannot think of anything good to say about the cooked food, except that I have lost weight because I have not eaten very much. We are not allowed out of our bubble, so we have not been allowed to eat elsewhere, but if you can, I would. I have been served undercooked pasta five nights in a row, which tastes of salt, then meat and fried potatoes, which again tastes like it has been preserved in salt. Day 5 and the vegetarians in our group are stiil being served meat which could be considered quite funny, but they were not impressed. Although the staff are very apologetic, it is then replaced somewhat later with a greasy omelette which looks extremely unappetising and lonely on its plate but the soup is okay. They didn't have any sauces or gravy to serve with the food at the beginning of the week so the food tasted very over cooked, salty and dry, but we did get gravy this evening, so it has improved a little. I have been craving some vegetables with my dinner but greasy Salty eggplant is the only option. Oddly, mixed veg is served at breakfast. They dont really understand dietary requirements, so if you are ceoliac, best not chance it. I maybe doing the catering staff a dis-service, because they may have been drafted in from a different occupation, like myself and just doing their best in difficult circumstances. Catering is clearly not their forte. Everyone seems friendly enough.

This hotel is extremely basic. I would rate it 2.5 stars at best. Even though it’s called “Wall Art Hotel,” there is no decor on the walls and it is extremely dark and drab. The mattress was hard and and you could feel the springs. They only provided 2 thin, overused pillows. The shower is really small. Housekeeping did a pretty good job. No iron is in room, have to request it from reception and hope they have one available. No ironing board provided. The location is not ideal. Although there is a bus stop in front of hotel, apparently no bus lines use that stop so nearest active stops are 5-8 minutes walk away. Also, if going to Florence, you should know that the buses stop running after 9 pm so you will have to walk 1 mile to/from the train station in the dark. Overall, it was ok but I wouldn’t stay there again.

A relatively old hotel that has most of the amenities that one might expect. The room is relatively clean. The door requires old-school key to enter (which is attached to a golf ball) so you might want to leave it behind at the hotel reception each time you head out if you do not have the pocket for it. Breakfast is the typical continental European stuff, so nothing exciting to write home about. You could always skip breakfast at the hotel and head to the old part of Prato for breakfast at a cafe instead. It is about 10-15 minutes walk. Having said that, the hotel breakfast is decent, so make your decision according to your personal requirement/preference. The main gripe I had was that the powerpoint in my room (not sure about other rooms) was of the smaller holes instead of the larger standard European holes. Those who have been around Italy would know what I'm talking about. Basically there is the old Italian powerpoint which look almost exactly the same as the current standard European powerpoint with the two round holes, except they are smaller than the current standard size. So keep this in mind.

Очень уставший отель.Номера зашарпанные,прокуренные,хотя указывала номер для некурящих.Завтрак на троечку.Если бы не круасаны ,то можно смело ставить двойку.Уборка оставляет желать лучшего,пыль в номере не вытирается совсем.Живу в этой гостинице уже несколько лет из-за удобства расположения к железнодорожному вокзалу.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per qualche notte. Ubicato in una posizione ottima per muoversi comodamente in auto. La nostra stanza era abbastanza grande, comoda e dall’altro lato dell’autostrada quindi abbastanza silenziosa, bagno con doccia molto grande. Ottima la pulizia. Dalle fotografie proposte mi aspettavo qualcosa in più invece la stanza era arredata in modo molto spartano e gli spazi comuni sono un po’ datati. Ottima l’idea della stanza attrezzata a cabina armadio anche se qualche stampella in più sarebbe gradita. Non mi ha soddisfatto la colazione. Poca scelta di torte (una pastiera, una crostata ed un ciambellone che è stato lì per 3 giorni e l’ultimo giorno era diventato duro e immangiabile. Nel complesso non male ma si potrebbe migliorare molto
