酒店是一座17世紀的老房子改造成的，但房間設施很現代化，很舒適。尤其是天台上的景緻很美，尤其是一早陽光直射大教堂，很美。酒店去景點的距離也不遠，半小時步行距離就能到達各主要景點，去皇宮和大教堂更近，十來分鐘就到了。酒店推薦的餐館也很可口，步行也不過十分鐘。非常好的酒店！唯一美中不足的是，茶包和牙刷沒添加，沒有燒水壺，泡茶得用膠囊咖啡機。

This hotel looks nice outside but it turned out to be a very frustrating experience to me. I attended there a travel industry conference. As I checked in later than the groups arriving by coach they gave me room nr. 21 (I've never been good in Black Jack: not my lucky number at this time either) - a room for disabled with railings and handles, located on the ground floor just behind the front desk. What truly bothered me was the dirtiness of the room - even if there were ”Higienizado” (sanitized) stickers all over. There was long dark hair on the bathroom floor. Had they stuck to my clothing, I'd have had plenty to explain to my wife at home... The ”view” was to the wall of the opposite house about 3 meters away, while my colleagues were telling me about their river views... Dissatisfied, in the evening of my arrival, I complained and asked to change room. The front desk was completely ignorant: they explained that in their system room 21 was standard double - with extra handicap equipping. Therefore I asked the manager, Sr. Amador, to contact me but he never bothered to do that. No wonder the service sucks, also in the F&B. As a farewell, they charged me 80 eur extra for late departure, even if I had paid the entire night but left early (this was later reimbursed by the congress organizer). Having stayed at the dungeon nr. 21 for the entire congress, I don't have anything else to say about the hotel or its staff but goodbye! Hasta nunca!

This is not a 5 star hotel and those that have rated it 5 should be ashamed. Having spent ~3000 euros for 7 nights i feel ripped off. I have only given 2 stars because of location. The bedrooms are sparse and NOT soundproofed. Whilst the bed is comfy, you wont sleep. If on the top floors the Hotel terrace will keep you awake. Lower down the cafes are active till 1200, then the 0230 roadsweeper, then the 0600 bottle bank, then the bells at 0900. Even worse, Friday and Saturday, EMEs own club at the base means there are loud youths outside until 0430. The hotel blames it on location but it is Mercer Hotels focus on getting money from selling alcohol than severely attenuates the guest experience. I have slept in quieter airport hotels. You might guess I am quite cross. Having spent 3000 euros, I would expect to have regular access to the indoor pool and spa but no, that will be 25 euros extra per person. Breakfast 25 euros each for a very poor offering. The shower was strong and hot but the tiles were dirty and grubby and had clearly not been scrubbed in a while, probably just mopped out. No comfortable seat in the room. A very basic coffee machine with limited choice. No bedside tables. A safe not secured to anything. No storage for clothes other than a pole and shelf. Satellite TV regularly buffering and with a limited choice of channels akin to what you see in an airport. The rooftop pool is cold which is okay but there is no privacy as all the visitors be to the terrace overlook the area. The bar area for residents on the roof was never open so the only option would be to join the public squashed together on uncomfortable chairs This hotel may tick the boxes for Spanish 5* but my experience was anything but. Please don’t reply with your useless platitudes thatreception is there 24 hours. They would not be in a position to fix most of the failings.

The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. It was nice to have a rooftop pool, especially when visiting in peak heat! Its worth noting that the hotel is quite a way out from the centre and tourist spots, id say 20 minutes walk and not comfortable in hot weather. Taxis are very expensive in Seville so if I was visiting again, I would pick a different location. Not much happening around the hotel either. The service at the hotel restaurant was abysmal, took ages to get any attention from the staff, when you did it felt like you were an inconvenience to them and the quality of food (for the prices charged) was poor. I would not recommend you spend money to eat here. I also felt check in was rushed, I was given my key and that's it, no information provided on how to get to my room, how wifi works, where I can get food from or anything. I can say however it was a nice touch from the hotel to provide guests with a rose upon their departure.

ALL the staff was exceptional, from the housekeeping staff, waiting staff, concierge to reception. We stayed in a Red Level room on the 7th floor and it was fabulous with a beautiful view of the Cathedral. The bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the inclusion of organic tea and coffee and complimentary water and chocolates. The hotel was charming and it's location perfect for us. Breakfast was outstanding as was the service. It was great to see that the bread was made with organic flour. Access to the refreshments in the Red Level lounge was always very welcome after a day walking the length and breadth of Seville. We didn't get a chance to dine at any of the restaurants on this occasion, but have no doubt that they would be of a very high standard. We did encounter some issues during our stay and the hotel did their best to address the issues. We would definitely stay again when next in Seville, which will hopefully be next year.

Deuxième séjours à là juderia tout s’est très bien passé comme d’habitude, personnels au top, souriants, accueillants. Les chambres sont superbes, l’hôtel bcp de Charmes, décors magnifiques.

Cant say enough postive things about this great little hotel. If you are looking for convenience to the Cathedral, this is the location for you. One block away, extremely easy walk to cathedral, great restaurants, shops, etc. We stayed for Semana Santa and the location was perfect. Great tourism assistance shop literally next door. Staff was beyond helpful and nice with our questions, breakfast was very good as well each morning. Rooms, lobby, etc very clean and well attended. We were not able to enjoy rooftop because of rain, but the views and situation there were very nice. I would give it 6 stars if I could!

Nice newly built modern structure the only skyscraper in seville. Courteous service with a smile. However there are definitely some features lacking showing a lack of application of the mind in planning and construction. For example: 1. Towel rail in the shower too narrow can only hold hand towel and not a bath towel. 2. Placement of the rail close to the shower ensuring that the towel will get wet by the time you have had your shower. 3. The lift/elevator panel has a curious, convoluted routine with no instructions. Definitely not intuitive. 5. All lifts do not serve all floors with guests having to change lifts on different floors. 6. Signage on the floors not very clear about which side which rooms are unless you go very close to sides. Etc etc. But these are overshadowed by the staff who were warm, courteous and pleasant. Special mention of Noa who was at the front desk. A very pleasant and helpful gentleman who went the extra mile to make us comfortable and saw us off to the airport in the wee hours if the morning 🌄
