The location is really convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the bus station, plus there’s a tourist information center nearby. It made it super easy to check bus schedules and get around. Visiting around late March to early April was special because we got to experience two different seasons in one trip—still snowy like winter, but with hints of spring starting to show. It felt quite unique. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Hallstatt. I’d happily book it again on my next visit

The hotel's location is excellent, right in front of the pier. Communication beforehand was smooth, and they accommodated our room type request. Check-in was quick, and our room had a direct view of the lake. The soundproofing was relatively good, making it quiet. The room also had underfloor heating and a bathtub. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Dinner at the hotel restaurant usually requires a reservation, and the restaurant staff were good too. Staying here during the off-season in this small town was a great experience.

This is an unforgettable resort, like being in a fairyland, with a lake next to it. The resort has many children's play facilities, which is very suitable for the whole family to play. On the other side of the river is Hatshepsut, the most beautiful town in the world. We stayed in a log cabin, which is rare for Asians like me to stay in. It was very romantic and dreamy here, and I didn't even want to leave. There is a small convenience store attached to the resort, which has a lot of food. The rooms have a full set of kitchen utensils and microwaves. After buying food in the store, you can go back to the holiday home and cook it. You don't have to worry about having nothing to eat. The bus stop to Hasutat is right in front of the resort. Accommodation here is twice as cheap as on the Hasselt side. After staying for the first night, I really wanted to stay one more day the next day, but unfortunately the hotel was full. The beautiful lady also gave me a free breakfast, which was the best breakfast I had during my trip. When checking out, the lady kindly asked me what I thought of the resort. I said I really wanted to stay for one more day, and the computer immediately checked for me again, but unfortunately there were no rooms available, so I had to leave and go to Hacienda to stay for one more day. I hope I can come back to this beautiful town next time and stay a few more days.

Visibly clean, but dirty if you looked close (moldy shower). In the standard double that I stayed in, you will get two (only 2) outlets in your room and neither will be near the bed. You will have one trashcan in the bathroom that is smaller than a gallon/two liters. Other than that, not horrible. The restaurant is very expensive if you’re traveling on a budget (€40 Weiner schnitzel, so I would recommend finding something else to eat. If you plan on having more than a coffee for breakfast, definitely get a breakfast plan st the hotel. It is about €12 a morning and a cappuccino will run you about €8 euros in the resturant. A breakfast plan gets you whatever you want in the resturant in the morning for free!  If you’re planning on exploring the area, you’ll definitely want a car or bike, do NOT rely on public transit or you will end up paying a lot for taxis. You also cannot rely on uber because you’re too far away from Salzburg.

Only four stops from Linz Hbf Light Rail Near Linz AG Hotel is spacious, bright and clean. The small disadvantage is that there are no shops around. If you want to rest at the Austrian relay station, it is a good choice to go to Harstadt.

The hotel is a Marriott brand so they have strong attention to customers. Unfortunately I had some issues with the cleanness of the towel and water pressure in the shower and I reported it immediately. I received the full support from management. In particular, Taj from reception went above and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable, Thank you so much Taj: those subtleties turn what could have remained a bad experience into an enjoyable memory. A big thank you to all the staff! A special thanks goes also to Laura, a young smiling girl in the breakfast service. She prepared delicious omelettes every morning with great care and love :) Thank you so much and wish you all the very best!

My stay was exemplary, characterized by a prime location and outstanding facilities. The room’s cleanliness was maintained to the highest standards, and the culinary offerings were truly world-class. Above all, the staff’s professional service ensured a seamless experience from check-in to departure.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Three nights. Staff are professional, helpful and nice. When the sink got blocked, they immediately resolved the issue. The location of the hotel is perfect. Next to the old town where you can have cafés,restaurants, shops and a grocery store. The hotel gave us free bottled water whenever we need. The room withThe breakfast place is next to the lake where you can eat breakfast while enjoying a panoramic view of the lake. The hotel is also opposite the bus station if you go to Salzburg or Bad Ischl.

Everything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.

Everything was clean and very well-equipped; we really enjoyed our stay. There was even a bath set, scented candle, two welcome chocolates, a small moisturizing spray, and makeup towels—all included. The shower with its adjustable lighting was a real highlight. 😄 All the staff responded to our questions and requests promptly, courteously, and professionally. 👍 Two minor issues were noted immediately so they could be addressed promptly. Breakfast was plentiful, and we could order additional items such as avocado toast, scrambled eggs, and soft-boiled eggs (at no extra charge). Any items that ran low were replenished upon request. Sitting outside under the awning was very pleasant in the summer heat. The location is also fantastic, right in town, yet with hardly any traffic noise. You can reach Lake Mondsee in just a few minutes. A private garage is available and very well-designed, although the parking spaces could be a bit wider and longer. The price/performance ratio was good for us; we even seem to have saved some money through the booking service. However, the outstanding tourist tax, which has to be paid at check-out, could have been mentioned somewhere beforehand. All in all, a top hotel for a relaxing holiday. 😎
