Hotel datato ristrutturato ma non all' altezza delle 4 stelle S. Purtroppo l' ascensore non arriva nel garage. Al check in non mi hanno detto che bisogna chiedere la chiave della cassaforte (gratuita). Camera nella media con dotazioni minime, altri 4 stelle offrono vestaglia, ciabattine, fazzoletti di carta, calzante scarpe, ombrello e borsa per la Spa. Il secondo giorno mi hanno lasciato senza sapone, i doppi cuscini nell' armadio uno con capelli altrui, l' altro sporco con unto del viso, ho pulito i ripiani dell' armadio quindi pulizia scarsa e non sufficiente! Il box doccia perde acqua. Zona bar molto ampia con arredamento piacevole, grandi divani distanziati, zona ristorante bella con vetrate che fanno vedere il bellissimo panorama, cucina buona, cena buona, il personale è volenteroso e cordiale, colazione media con servizio al tavolo delle bevande calde che lascia a desiderare, mancanza di una centrifuga per le verdure. Insomma un 4 stelle S che vive di rendita dei tempi passati.

I would stay here again! Excellent location! Bed very comfortable, room well appointed, contemporary decor with amazing view. The Front Office Manager was very welcoming and made my stay a breeze right from the beginning! A very personalized experience throughout my stay and all staff were very pleasant! I will recommend and stay here again when ever I am in Vincenza!

We are travelling with a group of 14 Singaporeans on a pilgrimage of the Holy sites. This is our last stay for one nite in a hotel before embarking on our flite home. Stayed at the Best Western Hotel Tre Torri on 14th Oct 2023. Hotel is located within a small village or town off the main highway. This hotel is our half way stop to Milan after spending a day in Venice. We found that a kettle was provided but no complimentary bottles of water. It could be found in the mini bar, but chargeable. Lighting in the room was dim with only one wall light. Bedside lights did little to enhance the overall environment. Sensors are used for the vestibule of the room and bathroom. Experienced black outs in the bathroom several times. What an inconvenience. The shower stall is small and after a shower, water escaped to the outer floor, making it slippery and dangerous. Bathroom amenities was limited to just a small bar of soap and two shower caps. Only shower gel was provided in the shower stall. Otherwise, the room and bathroom was clean. Can't say much for the pillows and mattress. Just uncomfortable. Breakfast items offered is typical of all the hotels we stayed in except at this hotel where back bacon was offered on the buffet, instead of bacon rashers. The scrambled eggs was the best in all the hotels we stayed in. What made the breakfast experience wonderful was delivered by a waitress, Ms MILLI, a Ghanaian. Her lovely smile, politeness and her happiness to serve made our time in Italy memorable. Thank you Ms MILLI once again. You are a great Ambassador of the brand. We love you and keep smiling as you deliver happiness to all that you serve. Love All Serve All. Your hotel should be so proud to have such an employee like you. Overall a really lovely stay at Sporting Hotel. We will definitely return. - Room: we stayed in the wellness suite which was beyond our expectations. The room is massive (2 bedrooms separated by a foyer). A sauna (new) in one of the bedrooms. Two separate bathroom areas. Comfortable beds and linens. We didn’t want to leave this little paradise. - Service: friendly and efficient front desk. Even though I had booked a non refundable rate, when I emailed them two days before to ask if we could move the dates (my son was sick), they accommodated us. Highly appreciated. - Location: central, walking distance to everything, quiet, no complaints. Parking in the garage is an additional 20: night but the public parking lot is less than 2 mins away. - Spa: five star experience at NO additional cost. Several different showers, sauna, spa, beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Clean and luxurious “relaxation zone”. Helpful staff on hand and accommodating of our 8 year old boy. - Restaurant: i just say that our dinner here was the only negative experience we had. The food was OK but cost least double what we paid in every other meal in the area. Truthfully, the quality didn’t justify the elevated prices and there limited options for vegetarians. Our server was - at best - indifferent, at worst slightly rude (when there was an error with our error). I think she may have been overwhelmed because she was by herself. Then again, we were only 3 tables. The next day, after there was a change in staff, we experienced much better service at breakfast!

We only slept one night here for transit,but it was terrible. Although they are,or claim to be,a 4 star hotel,the hotel looks like a motel in most rooms. I am aware they are undergoing renovations and that some rooms look decent,but I am here to tell my experience. We arrived at around 8 PM and everything looked good. The reception is renovated,the lobby,bar and outside area are very nice.However,everything changed when we got to our rooms. It was a very old room that looked like it hadn’t received cleaning or renovations in more than 20 years. Next to my sisters pillow there were cut wires that seemed(and probably were very dangerous). On the same note,we went to the other rooms of the people in our group and in some of the rooms there were electrical panels taped with scotch(next to the pillow). Furthermore,there were a few groups of drunken men that were looking quite weird at us only to hear from our friends that they woke up at around 11 PM with loud and frenetical knocking on their doors,due to which fact they had to change their rooms,because they were feeling unsafe. I am not a fan of writing such reviews because I believe everyone deserves a second chance but this hotel is in dire need of renovations and a better staff management. I am writing this because I want to raise awareness to the people that run this hotel so that other people will not have to go through what we did. This review has not been written with any malicious intention but only with the wish that this is taken into consideration and changed if they want to keep their “four stars”.
