Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Provincia de Andres Ibanez

I stayed 5 days in this hotel and it was not a good experience, first I have been waiting for three weeks for my Accor frequent guest account to be credited for the night and they still haven't done it, second it is a hotel focused on local social events and not on business travelers. I stayed in a room on the top floor with big problems in the wifi coverage. Restaurant menu and service is a bit poor, if you are looking for a business hotel it is not the best choice.

Katil anda disediakan dengan gebar bulu kapas dan peralatan tempat tidur premium. Televisyen skrin rata 42 inci disediakan berserta dengan program kabel. Bilik mandi persendirian dengan gabungan pancuran/tab mandi menampilkan hulu semburan mandi hujan dan kelengkapan dandanan diri percuma.

El hotel está perfecto como experiencia, se merece las cinco estrellas, me encanta, habitaciones grandes y super silenciosas, decoración de alto nivel, lindo hotel de negocios más que familiar. Desayuno buffet variado, excelente restaurante. Todo el personal amable y profesional. Solamente tiene dos puntos débiles en mi opinión: 1. La ubicación, el lugar no parece seguro para caminar por las calles aledañas de noche, necesariamente tienes que salir y llegar en Uber, taxi o auto rentado, no hay cafés o restaurantes usables en algunas cuantas cuadras a la redonda. Contra esto no hay nada que el hotel pueda hacer, pero recomiendo tener Uber o InDrive instalados en el celu. 2. En el bar del piso 20 ponen reggaeton y a todo volumen, tratándose de un hotel de categoría, podrían poner música con un poco más de clase para que resulte armonioso todo el ambiente,con la vista espectacular que hay desde allí y la posibilidad de disfrutarla dentro de la piscina temperada. Fuera de esas dos cosas, todo excelente. La mejor relación calidad precio que ha visto en Santa Cruz. Muy recomendable.

Stayed here two nights on a fishing trip to the Amazon. Lovely staff at check. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly. Second night early check was a breeze and lunch and dinner was very good. On departure my diver was running late and they hotel made sure I got a ride to Airport without delay and hassle free. Grounds are nice and love the peacocks. Happening hotel with meetings all over the place. Huge facility out back for weddings and conventions. Even condos part of the hotel. Great place.

Very good choice in Santa Cruz. Nice pool area (gym in building just past the pool), breakfast area also near the pool. Room was large with seating area and a wonderful mural. We were late arriving for breakfast but they very kindly provided us with some food even though it was all put away. Wonderful service. We walked to nearby Bravissimo restaurant for supper. Excellent option. Easy walk to main square. Both Libertad and Monsieur Rivero lead to Square. Libertad is a quieter walk but Rivero has banks with A**s.

Great food, excellent service. I went three times and never got disappointed. Even though there was a special price 2x1 the quality of food and service 5 stars. Highly recommend, definitely coming back soon. A plus they have valet parking.

at registration, staff does not explain how to call the front desk and nothing in the room that explains where things are, how to contact desk, etc. also was told by the restaurant staff that you could order room service but no menu in the room nor any information of prices, etc in the room. i had the executive suite very expensive even by USA terms. could not get the TV to work properly, very bad wifi, someone had to come three times before we finally got it right. food was terrible and tasteless. the only good meal i had there was the ceviche. my room was downstairs on ground floor but no elevators, staff did take my suitcase down. second day had rainstorm and the lights went out in my room. i waited for about 10 minutes and then went out in the main area and the lights were on in the hotel except for the corridor where my room was. they said they will take care of it. more than an hour later, still no light in my room, but rest of hotel had light. i asked them to move me to another room that had light (hotel was not full, very empty). they would not move and told me to wait. eventually, the light did come back on. they don't offer kleenex in the rooms so I went to first floor to see if I could get some. there was a sign on the wall that said ”drug store” and an arrow pointing the direction. I went around and around and could not find the store. I went to the front desk and one of the clerks said, oh its that way, pointing to the opposite direction of the arrow on the wall. I went around and around again with no luck. then I saw another employee in an office and asked him. he gave a stern look, did not smile, and said ”there is no store here, no store here.” when my taxi first arrived at the hotel from the airport, there was so much trash on the lawn before you got to the entrance, looked like a landfill. This hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel and is near the airport, there is another hotel near the airport, cheaper and maybe better, that is where i will go next time.
