房間挺大。前台服務有待加強，要學會聆聽理解客人的意思。不要着急表達，總打斷客人的話。我要大床，且不要走廊最後一間。前台一直説“那個房就是那樣的” 那麼，能不能換？雙床能不能拼？解決問題比她balabala更重要。

環境：新開業的，作為200➕的酒店，大堂，餐廳，真的可以和500➕的比了。 位置距離茶馬古城步行5分鐘，非常便利。 服務：入住時，會有人來拿行李，遇到的工作人員都會打招呼 我在餐廳用早餐後，遺落了太陽眼鏡，管家也很快詢問我。 早餐米粉挺好吃的。 房間大，新，非常好推薦。

Big room with wooden floor and nice toilet for an accessible price (I paid 19 euro for 1 night). But is Tea Horse Touristic City, 15 minutes by taxi (around 20 yuan) from the real city.

Huanongli Hotel (also known as Pastoral Hotel in English) is a beautiful little oasis in the bustling city of Pu’er! Remarkably situated on the rooftop of a historic warehouse or market building, it has been thoughtfully and tastefully designed - and is a lovely place to stay. The hotel is only a stone’s throw from the fascinating Daijia Alley, where some of the oldest buildings in Pu’er can be found - and is also within walking distance of the Tea Celebrities Garden and other landmarks. You can easily take a taxi to the Ancient Tea Horse Road. Our room was really delightful and included a pretty waterside decking area with outdoor furniture. Staff were extremely polite and helpful and breakfast was plentiful and delicious! We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Pu’er.

They usually do not offer airport pick up services but they were kind enough to send a staff member to come down and pick up! Service is good as always and there is a variety of breakfast. This is a repeat stay. One of my top few choices when I come to Pu'er

Clean, pleasant hotel in a quiet location just a short walk away from a mall with lots of dining and shopping options. Great for a layover. The complimentary coffee sucks, and whatever paid coffee there is is constantly out of commission. Service from the two reception girls was friendly and helpful.

前台熱情，辦理迅速，業務熟練。房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨，已經入住好多次了，非常滿意。性價比高，前面一棟可以看茶山景色，後面一棟有一條小溪，聽着流水聲能更好入睡。門口有免費的停車位，不過數量有點少。可以提前聯繫前台留好停車位。

Very nice and quiet hotel. The city is not big itself, so the hotel location is good. we only went to the Puer zoo by taxi, it’s very far from the city, but the hotel is a bit closer to the city side, so it was convenient. There’s also a tea shop on the first floor with very nice lady, who shows you tea ceremony and provide with good tea. Breakfast is decent, have some western options. Only 1 park to walk (can get there by taxi or ebike) around. But also taxi or bike can easily take you anywhere in the city too.

We really enjoyed our stay and found the staff professional and friendly. The lake is beautiful and although the location is a bit out of the main city there is a nice and relaxed suburb/village near by that is actually prettier and more nicer than the centre. About a 5 minutes walk from the resort you will find shops, restaurants etc. However, we were disappointed that the spa which was sign posted, as well as two restaurants within the resort don’t actually exist. We would still recommend the resort in any case and we able to use elema and call didis easily.

設施：樹林小屋，與小熊貓一起住進童話世界裏，設施齊全應有盡有，空調電熱毯全部配比到位，洗澡熱水供應都很充足； 衞生：乾淨大方，獨棟小木屋入住體驗很舒服，工作人員每天來打掃的很乾凈，每天都給贈送了牛奶、飲料、豐富的水果，特別不錯； 環境：環境必須是絕絕子，比起迪斯尼、長隆酒店，小熊貓莊園必須更甚一籌，森林樹屋，真正的童話世界，清晨伴隨鳥鳴而起，下午陽台下午茶，濕地餐廳早餐（自助餐）、午餐（炒菜）、晚餐（小火鍋），更有仙鶴白鷺，和可愛的小熊貓來餐廳陪我們一起用餐，孩子們圍着小熊貓開心得很； 服務：工作人員熱情有禮貌，從前台辦理入住人員，觀光車師傅、親子活動老師、房間清理人員都很温暖，叫車服務很方便，每次叫車等候都很快，差不多1分鐘左右就來接我們去用餐、動物園、親子活動等等，特別方便。
