Stayed here for 1 night to attend a wedding in the area. A very poor hotel. Food and drinks are massively overpriced (£32 for 2 gin and tonics), high-end London prices for very average food, waited 15 minutes to be seated in the restaurant which itself is tatty with sticky floor and sticky tables. Our room was just OK, when we got it that is - we'd booked a king but were given a room with twin singles. When we got the correct room it was cold and smelt damp and musty. Couldn't make a coffee in the morning from the provided ingredients because there was no kettle in the room. Breakfast was hilarious. Had to walk around to find a member of staff to give us a table. Ordered coffee which was delivered with no milk, Full English breakfast was delivered with items missing and eggs Benedict came served on a cold untoasted muffin. And if you're not on a bed and breakfast deal they want to charge £24 for the full English or an incredible £29 for eggs Benedict - that's 2 poached eggs, a muffin (supposed to be toasted), and some sauce from a jar - cost about 60p. A crushed avocado on toast with a bit of lime juice is also £29! We left the place feeling completely ripped off. Craxton Wood presents itself as a 5 star luxury hotel but in reality it's a 3 star charging prices verging on theft and in need of a thorough refurbishment.

Great stay can't complain. Had a great dtay Anuja was very helpful and service with a smile on her face. Rooms was nice an big and clean. Big car park,clean restaurant and corridors Would definitely definitely stay here again and recommend it everyone.
