Приезжала исключительно ради исторического здания виллы. Оромное спасибо девушке на ресепшне, которая попросила открыть вход в галерею Паннини и я туда попала, хотя на вилле был прием по случаю свадьбы.

Qualità prezzo di questo hotel, non ha eguali.. cibo di qualità e prodotti a km0 . Le camere sono pulite e curate, la SPA è una piacevole sorpresa, di un livello ben più alto di molti altri alberghi, e la cifra richiesta è irrisoria.
Il personale di servizio è più che disponibile e cortese.

Hotel perfetto. non posso che parlarne benissimo! La posizione è davvero strategica, perfetta per visitare la città a piedi e ben collegata con tutto. Pulizia impeccabile in ogni ambiente: camera, bagno, spazi comuni… tutto curato nei minimi dettagli.
Un grande punto a favore è sicuramente il parcheggio privato, comodissimo soprattutto per chi viaggia in auto. Ma ciò che ha fatto davvero la differenza è stata la cortesia e disponibilità del personale: sempre sorridenti, attenti e pronti ad aiutarci con consigli utili su cosa vedere e dove mangiare.
Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a tutti!

We booked the hotel because of had an early flight out of Fiumicino. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and offers a shuttle service running about every 30 minutes. Unlike most hotels that offer shuttle services for free, B&B Hotel Roma Fiumicino Aeroporto Fiera 2 charges 8 Euro per person for the shuttle service, which is a bit too much, since it doesn't use a regular car but a big fan for 8 plus people. Although staff was sure friendly and accommodating given the late hours at which we checked-in and the early hours we checked-out, the facilities/service was a bit rubbish. There were not enough towels in the bedroom, the room temperature was just too hot for the time of the year, and the breakfast offered was just a bag full of ultra-processed food, there was not even an apple. Stay if you have an early flight, given the proximity to the airport, but don't expect anything beyond the bare minimum.

It’s a bit of hot when I registered, and I have tried to turn on the air conditioner, but it didn’t work. I called the reception desk saying the air conditioner can’t work, she said the temperature was not too high and suggested me open the window if I felt hot. And she still told me the air conditioner would work at night…actually, the air conditioner didn’t work at night also. Meanwhile, the WiFi is terrible in my room. It can’t connect with internet although it looked like have been connected. And it’s funny that the WiFi run well when I was out of my room.

We stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either. The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it. The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.

There is no guidance! Although the location is near a subway station in Rome, it is very convenient! But this is the price or too expensive 🙁 not cost-effective!
Zzhz600The hotel is in a great location. There is a food street right outside. It is convenient to buy anything in the supermarket near the residential building. It is very quiet at night and you will not be woken up by the sound of cars in the morning. You can walk to most attractions. In particular, the handsome guy at the front desk provided good service. Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home. This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date. After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I booked this hotel as it was within walking distance to a conference venue nearby. The hotel staff were very kind and I was able to check in early as my flight to Rome was early, this helped a lot as I was able to freshen up before visiting the sights . The nearest metro station is Eur Palasport which will take you to all the tourist sights . The reception staff was very kind to make me an espresso in the morning as the coffee machine was not working.
Very close to Termini and an easy walk. Very well lit with simple walkways and adequate for accessibility. The room was clean, with information cards, towels, robes and a simple safe for valuables. There is breakfast available in the dining hall and luggage storage should you chose to walk about Rome before or after your stay. GOD FORBID, you need to use a bathroom on the ground level, however. My stay was perfectly fine until I needed to toilet before our departure. When I asked if there was another bathroom for use, I was told that I could use the train station bathroom (€1,50) I must have just been another traveler off the street to the staff looking for a sneaky free toilet use standing there with my luggage. After the staff recognized the mistake they wanted to usher me to another bathroom. I opted to pay the €1,50 than to be insulted further. “Good luck in Europe” is the hospitality you can expect in Rome.
