The room is antique and has a sense of history. It has been renovated, retaining the retro feel while the equipment is very good. The cleaning staff cleaned quickly and carefully, and cleaned up after breakfast. The breakfast was OK. The environment was very comfortable, and they upgraded us to a room with a good view for free. Although this was a business trip, it was still very convenient, and the beautiful scenery healed us. The front desk staff was very polite and helped us call a taxi so everything went smoothly. There is also a restaurant downstairs, but it was a pity that I didn't try it this time. Very satisfied

Solid 4 Star hotel near Roma Termini with lots of great restaurants around. The hotel room was large with all the basics available. Service was solid although occassionally brusque. The rooms were slightly on the older side but passabe. All in all a solid hotel - missing anything special or extra.

The palace is very well maintained, large and spacious rooms. Positive notice that you do not find often is the waste division within the room. With friendly and prepared staff and the price quality ratio is excellent. I also tried the spa and I found myself well. The hotel is located in the center of Soriano in Cimino, the city itself is beautiful to visit but very small, I would advise you for a relaxing stay. The place is near the Park of Bomarzo and is not far from Viterbo

Very good, the price is good in the off-season, but it is inconvenient without driving. There is nothing inside, so you need to bring it with you. MMaria MDWe stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either. The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it. The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.

Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home. This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date. After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment
 until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

AAnonymous UserTraveling to Rome, I unexpectedly booked this Ibis, which is exceptionally good value. It is less than a kilometer walk from the subway. The hotel is next to a quiet community on a high ground. It is very quiet, and people are running in the early morning. The transportation is convenient, and the nearby bus and light rail are good to go everywhere. The key is that the breakfast is particularly rich. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Wenzhou people next to the subway station. Occasionally, you can adjust your stomach. It is not expensive and quite authentic. I went out to play in Pompeii for a day, and the luggage was stored in the hotel. The service was also very good. It will still be my first choice next time I come.

Ggushen****First off, the front desk attendant was super warm and lovely. The hotel is located in an unassuming building, but the interior is luxurious, almost like something out of Harry Potter, with a very strong European vintage vibe. The room was also very clean. There's a small staircase that leads to the rooftop where you can see panoramic views of Siena. Breakfast was also delicious, with each person getting their own table, which was very enjoyable. Overall, it's a very worthwhile hotel. The only issue is that there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, or amenity kits. Europeans also don't use conditioner, which I found a bit hard to accept. This hotel isn't cheap, so it's a bit speechless that they'd expect guests to use a 10-in-1 shampoo/face wash/body wash product. Aside from that, everything else was perfect.

GGuest UserIf I could give them more than 10 out of 10, I would gladly do so! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, respectful, and friendly. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and elegant, with rooms and amenities thoughtfully designed to provide guests with an unforgettable experience. The linens, bedding, lighting, and furniture were all exceptional. Our late-night garden dinner was delicious and made the evening even more special. Spending two nights here was the perfect cherry on top before leaving Rome. Thank you!

LLuísThe room was spotless, and it was clear it had been recently refurbished, offering great value for the price. However, the thin walls were a major drawback, as every sound from neighbouring rooms was audible, causing frequent disturbances throughout the night. Additionally, on the last day, there was no cold water, making it impossible to shower. When we reported this to the receptionist, they unhelpfully suggested we should have complained the day before, despite the issue only arising that mornig — we cannot predict the future lol Despite of this, I would probably stay again as it is good value for money.

PPerma FortunaWas welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.

Before our trip, I inquired about possible honeymoon benefits, and upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room. We originally booked a standard double room, but the hotel kindly gave us one with a terrace, where my husband and I enjoyed some wine together. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. They also provided a city map and recommended sightseeing routes around Rome, which was very helpful for first-time visitors. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from Termini Station, with easy access to trains, buses, and the metro. When we missed Korean food, we found two Korean restaurants within a 5-minute walk, which was nice. It was our first trip to Italy, and we were very happy with our stay. I especially appreciated the wooden floors instead of carpet — it felt much cleaner and more comfortable. I highly recommend staying at UNA Hotel for a memorable time in Rome!.
