總體來説還可以吧，早餐很豐盛，服務也不錯。前台要了幾瓶水比較麻煩，要收費的。我説提前拿明天的睡可以嗎？考慮了好久。。。才給的

歪打正着。無意訂到這酒店，很復古，很漂亮。但説實話早餐不太配得上洲際。

都還可以，但是沒法和國內洲際比

great attention from start to finish, from the concierge arranging a cot for us, to the front desk, to Jesus our breakfast waiter and the waiter with the hat at the swimming pool. top draw, made us feel very taken care of and helped us relax. thanks

Our stay was great. We spent five days at the property. The staff of the hotel is very professional and promptly addresses any and all issues. I would like to single out Francisco from the IHG priority club lounge. Francisco is a great asset to your hotel, always professional, personable with a great sense of humour. Thank you for your service , keep up the great work.

I have stayed at intercontinental hotels in other parts of the world, and in Mexico itself, and this one definitely isn’t up to the brand’s standards. Far below. The stars I give this review are solely because the staff is very helpful and nice. The room we were given on the other hand, is simply awful. The room smells of damp, the beds are not made well (the duvet comes out from its cover), when I pulled out a tissue paper a used one fell out of the box (!!) … and they didnt even provide drinking water. I was really expecting soooo much better. I did raise these issues with the front desk and they were very nice and offered to change rooms.

Very comfy and luxury hotel. Very well located. You will enjoy of very good service, good amenities, spacious rooms and awesome meals. Room service 24h Nice pool right in the center of the garden of the hotel. I saw a dogs space near from the pool. This is much better than Fiesta Inn, Holiday Inn, Hotsson, but Presidente will be a little more expensive.

I am a big fan of InterContinental hotels and have stayed at least once at all of the other ones in Mexico and almost all of them in Central America as well. I was in Puebla for a weekend visit and wanted to try this one out as well. I am sad to say that this hotel seems to be completely overlooked by InterContinental's quality control people because it is a dump--at least the rooms, that is. The rooms have old, worn, and stained carpeting, and the bathroom was a nightmare. Gross, cracked sink with faucets from who knows when, bathtub with a curtain and similarly old, yucky-looking faucets. The bathroom door was all banged up, marked up and basically ruined. Paint chipped all over the place in the room. Ancient air conditioner (although it worked, thankfully!) No place to store towels so they just set them all on the sink. The only good thing about the room was that the bed was the typical InterContinental bed which was very comfortable, clean, and lovely. The hotel employees are very nice and courteous and the public areas of the hotel (except for the old elevators and long, yucky-looking hallways that need repainting) are decent. The hotel's social media focuses basically just on places that actually look decent and some of the rooms that maybe were renovated? But you will likely end up in a room straight out of the 1980's (or longer ago) and not in a good way. This hotel urgently needs remodeling or to be changed from an InterContinental to a Holiday Inn or something. Even though the prices are good--there's a reason why. Don't stay here expecting a "normal" InterContinental hotel experience. Sorry, to say it but hopefully the hotel will get the care it needs.

I went here, back in December of 2021, to celebrate my birthday and boy did I get spoiled rotten because I got to eat local food and received plenty of fond memories and gifts as well. If you are an Ambassador or Royal Ambassador then you will be entitled to having your breakfast and your canapes (snacks) for free. The food was delicious both for breakfast and for canapes.

Muy muy buen servicio, siempre bien atentos, serviciales, respetuosos, quedé encantada. Sobre el desayuno, todo delicioso, los chilaquiles y waffles con tocino son lo mejor, sin duda alguno regresaría Paco y Marco, excelente servicio

El servicio en el club del tercer piso durante el desayuno y cena han sido de excelencia. El Sr. Marco y sus compañeros nos ha dado una atención EXCELENTE, siendo una persona muy cálida y atenta con la mejor actitud de servicio en todo el hotel.

Nos gusta mucho visitar este hotel. Paco y Marco en el restaurante estuvieron muy atentos cada día. Buena alberca, las habitaciones están bien equipadas y se duerme bien con niños. Hay cerca supermercados y el centro. Regresaremos pronto!
