Hotel dengan WiFi di Puebla

良かった点は、場所がソカロから近い事、パーキングが無料で付いている事、量は少ないけど朝食付きな事です。 改善点は、駐車場が離れていること、お手洗いのドアが閉まりにくい事ですが、値段が割安なので、相当かなと思います。

Rooms are small (the square footage does not meet the real size). We booked a balcony room, those are only available to the busy main street. Super loud, even at night. The balcony doors do not close properly, so it was like being on the street level with an open window! We moved from the 2nd to the 4th floor. Is was a bit better, still the door didn't close. PLUS - as this is a pet friendly hotel (which I really appreciate)- the next two rooms where with dogs who were left alone all day (approx from 7.30am-7pm). Means barking all the time when we were in the room, ....if one of the dogs stopped, the other started. Unacceptable! Not sure of the hotel staff talked to the owners. We will not come back here, that's for sure

La ubicación es perfecta, todo te queda a no más de 15 minutos. El servicio es muy bueno y el hotel está impecable. Definitivamente regresaría a este hotel

El Hotel es hermoso, lleno de lujo y comodidad. Siempre que visitamos Puebla nos quedamos acá. Es increíble y gratificante que Estela de recepción recuerde nuestros nombres y gustos. Siempre tiene detalles para hacernos sentir en casa. Manuel bell boy también súper acomedido y amable, siempre nos ayuda a bajar nuestras maletas y se preocupa por cuidar todo muy bien. Definitivamente seguirá siendo nuestra opción para hospedarnos en Puebla. Nos da gusto llegar a este hotel.

Everything was perfect, but I was always asking them to put extra bottles of water in the room (( they didn’t)) and once I called reception to ask for water he say (( we are running out of drinking water, you have to buy in the shop near 24/7)) what is wrong with you guys??? No water??? Are you serious??

The Hotel was Very Clean and Safe!! The location was one block away from INM where i had to go to get my permanent residency here in Mexico. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room didn't have A/C but they brought me a very nice Fan. If i ever need to go back to that area of Puebla i will be staying there again!!

We were hopeful about this hotel, sadly didn’t read these reviews prior before checking in because we were in a rush. The AM staff was nice, especially the bellboy, however the worker doing check-in upsold us for a room and didn’t share specific information about things like wifi, check out time, or the breakfast situation (mentioned a lot on these reviews). There is no breakfast included, and the pre payed breakfast is different than the giant lonely buffet that no one is eating. The hotel seemed empty of guests, but we were actually overcharged by about 100 pesos for the night. In USD not a lot, but shady seeming. When I brought to the attention of the night worker, he said it was “close enough”. I felt condescended to as a woman, and the entire interaction even with my partner was entirely rude and disrespectful. They don’t care about customers, and as other reviews said, probably get enough complaints that they don’t care. If you get a room that overlooks the pool, be aware that loud music is played until about 11:45pm and starts again around 8am. Housekeeping starts knocking early and keeps knocking. And we also had an exterminator knocking and spraying into rooms starting around 9am. Maybe someone is having a good experience here, it we wouldn’t know because it seems empty. The *********** price slash makes sense, but we were too nice and thought to better support the hotel and pay directly ( then overpaid by a lot). This hotel fully looks like a nice place that does not live up to its exterior at all. Do nit stay here, there are so many other places with people that actually care about guests having a good experience.

En general bien. Incluyendo que tengan opción de leche deslactosada en el buffet. La persona que estaba afuera únicamente me indicó dónde estaba la recepción -que se encontraba cerrada- pero con ambas manos ocupadas por las maletas, es complicado abrirla (pues es de perilla) y no te ayuden a abrirla a pesar de ver que tienes las manos ocupadas, lo consideré un punto menos a la hospitalidad. Sería bueno que hubiera una placa que explique lo que era el hotel previamente. Qué es esa chimenea y para qué se usaba, etc., así como tienen letreros de cómo se llama la fauna. Gracias.
