The Location is Great, the rooms are Clean and the service is very friendly and super nice (they let us in the room earlier) I would totally recommend it 😄 Great View from the rooms. Nice TV Channels in a Lot of languages. Only thing that could be better are the opening times of the Pool 😂😂

The accommodation was nice but is dated in places. The bed was comfy. The balcony door was not very secure and was very old. The pool had lots of missing tiles. The place does need a refurb.

Muy buen alojamiento. Situado en la parte alta de la ciudad, fácil aparcar y a unos 15 minutos andando de la zona de costa. Muy limpio. Muy amables. Desayuno buffet excelente y muy variado. Repetiré.

Excelente qualidade preço

Went here the beginning of June with my partner and daughter. Room standard all ok with the room. It says indoor bar but there wasn’t. Very quite not much on. Seemed like it was out of season but we came here 8th June till 17th. This hotel is also live in apartments which we didn’t realise. The pool was quit dirty full of leaves and dirt around the edges wasn’t clean at all. My partner went in the big pool one day and come out thinking he had water in his ear but it was a worm. Grass where sunbeds were was quit long don’t really want to lie around the pool.

The hotel is is clean and the rooms are very spacious, beds are really comfy (memory foam mattress) Food is typical Spanish breakfast The pool area though could do with a spruce up, and the pool isn’t very clean at all, lots of scum round the edges and mold, it doesn’t look like it gets cleaned at all.

Me and my partner have just had our first holiday to tenerife together and this hotel ruined our experience completely. The 'hotel' of which didn't mention in any of the descriptions that it also rents out rooms and has people permanently living there it was also riddled with cockroaches (including baby cockroaches which means they must have nests too!) they were all in the corridors and the rooms. We were staying in room 114 to start off with and the corridor leading to the room smelled horrendously, it was the most unpleasant smell we've every experienced. The hotel had Airfresheners hanging up in the corridor to cover up the smell which clearly wasn't doing a good enough job, we came back to the room everytime to find more and more cockroaches in there (there was more cockroaches in this hotel than what we seen on the streets our entire stay in tenerife!) We then spoke to reception about the issue to be moved rooms to 222 which we also experienced the same issues, we proceeded to speak to reception again and demand to speak to the manager to be told the manager would be at the hotel at 7am the next morning. When we went to speak to the manager to be told the manager wasn't there and wouldn't be there until 9.30am then a 2nd person came out and said the manager won't be at the hotel until 3pm? Me and my partner proceeded to wait around until that time (missing out on the activities we had planned for the day) to then be told the manager wasn't available as they are busy, they then decided to offer us a €10 breakfast for the next morning (our last day) to which we replied we wasn't willing to accept as we was complaining about the hotel being riddled with cockroaches and wasn't willing to eat from their kitchen and make ourselves unwell. We went back to our room that night to find even more cockroaches in our room and in the draw with all the cooking untensils that you are meant to cook with, we proceeded to complain to reception for the final time to which they still didn't do anything about the situation. We then took it into our own hands to checkout early as we wasn't willing to spend another night there! (This left us on the street for the night as we didn't have the money to book another hotel due to spending our money on activities we were meant to be doing rather than having problems with the hotel the whole time) It also says on the description of the hotel that it is a beachfront hotel which is straight up lies! It is up an enormous hill nowhere near the beachfront meaning you are having to climb up and down tons of stairs everyday to get to the beach and main area (if you have mobility issue this isn't ideal) The description also says that it has air-conditioning which both of the rooms we stayed in didn't have! We also experienced the reception staff speaking to a person who lives in the building (the room next to us when we was in room 114) talking about us in spanish laughing and pointing at us as we walked out, this is extreme

With any hotels or apartments we research before we go..this place us just what it says online, simple clean rooms with kitchenette and balcony in the quieter area is just what we wanted, only downfalls were we booked an upgraded room but upon check in in was ground floor and our balcony was not private at all everyone could see you as they walked by in the street and it was right next to the pub where outdoor seating was also so partly noisy, so we asked to change rooms and for bit more euros we got a lovely 2nd floor pool view room which was much more private and relaxing...the only other bad point in no air con but we knew this before arrival and we were given a fan from reception. Lovely pool we didn't find it too cold like other reviews and you can always get a sun bed which is a bonus. We didn't eat in the restaurant as we liked to prepare our own breakfast and lunches the only thing that would make this room better would be a toaster. Great location for bars and restaurants and lovely walk down to the main center and beach however a taxi back up is recommended 👍

We really liked this hotel and very much enjoyed our stay there. The hotel itself is lovely and spacious; the rooms are a good size, and are clean and comfortable; the service was excellent; and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very efficient. The pool/ garden area is very pretty, and very quiet and peaceful. The hotel is situated in a very good location too: handy for the town, the Botanic Gardens, and cliff top walks etc.

My partner and I have just returned from a two weeks stay at the Teide Mar and were pleasantly surprised. For a budget hotel this was exceptional value. The studio apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. Bed linen and towels of a good quality and changed frequently. The cleanliness was repeated throughout the hotel. The staff were very friendly and seem to enjoy their work, they always acknowledged you. The pool and surrounding areas were well kept and very pleasant. The breakfast was very nice with a good choice, apart from that we were self catering. The utensils were of a good quality and we managed to make some good meals. There is a supermarket a short walk away. The surrounding area was a bit quiet for us but if you want a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the south this is the place. We couldn't fault it for value.

The hotel room was simple but functionally decorated and appeared somewhat worn. There was a small kitchenette, dining table, sofa, and TV in addition to two separate beds. The kitchen area consisted of a refrigerator, dormitory stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker and was easily equipped with the most common kitchen utensils. TV one showed only Spanish channels. The beds had good mattresses, but the feet on one bed were loose and should have been repaired. The bathroom was simple but functionally decorated. The cleanliness of the apartment could have been somewhat better. A simple wash was performed 5 days a week and towels and bed linen were changed 3 times a week. It was also very loud between the rooms and one heard everything the neighbors were talking about. The hotel's common areas were somewhat worn, but were clean and well-functioning. The hotel's breakfast was served as a buffet and had a large selection of both hot and cold dishes. The products appeared fresh and there was some variation from day to day. Something that was perceived as positive. The hotel staff appeared somewhat reserved, and I missed a bit more kindness, interest and commitment for me as a guest. There was free wireless internet throughout the hotel, however the network was somewhat unstable.
