This hotel complex has the best location on the beach as there’s a good view of the bay and it’s possible to sleep because here you are away from the noise of the bars. Set in lovely gardens and the pool looked basic but okay although I didn’t use it. Kim the receptionist/sort everything person was amazing. He organised trips, ferry tickets and transport around the resort, very much appreciated. Overall, I wouldn’t choose this complex again because the facilities are poor. The room, although called deluxe was far from it. I would describe it as shabby and in need of renovation. Although it was clean, it didn’t feel so because it was so tatty, particularly the furniture. The bed was comfortable though. The shower was horrible, it was barely lukewarm and hardly any water came from the showerhead which was in desperate need of replacing along with the whole system . There were no facilities of use in the room like an iron or hairdryer just a fridge that remained empty. The air-conditioning was extremely noisy and old, although it did keep the room relatively cool. Breakfast was also disappointing, particularly the continental. Two bits of semi stale toast and a little bit of butter and jam with two fried eggs. The Filipino choice was a bit better. But honestly, id give it a miss The worst part was it was far too expensive in comparison with my other stays in many hotels across Asia. Not even worth half of what I paid.

It was nice staying here. Staff is helpful. It is just they don't have restaurant and room service but rest all was good.

The hotel is located right in front of the beach, Everyone is friendly(staffs), most specially KIM ( the girl from the front desk). We had a great time and we will surely come back! AS A TRAVEL ADVISOR, THIS HOTEL IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ☺️

EXCEPTIONAL

It is close to the sea, and you can see the sea when you go out. The house is clean and hygienic, but there is no quilt. The shower water pressure is not great. Breakfast is provided. Traveling to other places, the front desk can call a car and book a boat ticket

Close to the sea, convenient

This resort is at the quiet end of White Beach, which I prefer. For the most part, I had the beach to myself. I stayed in one of the Nipa Huts. Spacious with comfortable bed but you'll shower with tabo (small pail) and you can't really watch any TV. Included breakfast is basic, but the bar has a good selection of drinks and food. The small pool is good for wading and keeping cool. Kim as the host is a great asset - friendly, informative, and has great customer service.

Became our place to stay over the year. Never been disappointed. The room, the pool, the direct access to the beach at the front . The breakfast , the personal , the owner . EVERYTHING is perfect here. Over the years despite.pandemic and everything, this place was super well maintained . We highly recommend this place . See you soon

Excellent place, small and really friendly, staff are brilliant and helpful, especially the Manager, I stayed in one of the nipper huts which had air con and was really clean. Pool is nice and hotel is right in the beach. Also next door in the frog bar they sell top quality, great homemade food . Thoroughly recommend the summer Connection .
