Looks like an authentic traditional hotel.but easily enable find it’s dirty and unmanaged area .lots of stuffs such like TV ,power supplies were out of order.no elevator makes people feel exhausted.but probably we cannot pursue clean and comfortable at this hotel. Hope Australia boss can start to do any improvements for it

Good place, nice location, pretty swimming pool and nice staff

Quite fun place to stay . Room is spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable . I would certainly stay again. Swimming pool is very clean and the restaurant managed by them is very delicious food . Shower 🚿 water pressure is great , and the only disappointment was no curtain in the shower room even tough I informed the front desk about the issue and the mess it causes every time I showered . I highly recommend this place .

Nice hotel. I think kids like it the most it's look like a real castle. It's clean has a pool and the food in the restaurant is ok. Staff very friendly we been there 2 times. Owner is a bit strange the folty towers feeling is there to. In a positive way. Great place I recommend.

A very cool and unique hotel. I got a kick out of it and it has a good gym. My room was on the top of the castle and had no internet, so that was a deal breaker for me.

It is an exceptional experience to stay there, highly recommended. The prices are very fair so don’t expect perfection. It is the unique Ambiente and the hospitality you will feel during your stay that makes it so outstanding.

The outdoor pool, surroundings, garden, and amenities are fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the themed architecture, landscape, and even the common bathrooms within the castle. The availability of free amenities like the billiards, table tennis, and a gym added to the overall experience. The Wifi is also okay. However, if you have a car, be aware that parking is quite limited and occasionally locked due to its location in front of a house with a narrow gate. Clear instructions about parking are necessary, as maneuvering on the small road can be challenging. It took them a while to provide clear instructions for the parking. There's room for improvement in cleanliness, especially with bedsheets that had a lingering smell, possibly indicating insufficient drying. Additionally, the water kettle and cups seemed like they hadn't been washed thoroughly. Overall, my family enjoyed their stay there and with more improvements and the staff being more responsive before and during the stay would even make this place even better.

Отель построен очень интересно, как средневековый замок. На территории есть бассейн, иногда по вечерам около него играет живая музыка. В номерах мебель из натурального дерева, шикарные кровати с балдахином. Кондиционер работал исправно. В ресторане вкусная еда, и скидка 20% для постояльцев отеля. Отель расположен не на берегу, но близко, в удобном месте в центре. Из недостатков: не всегда была горячая вода, сейф в номере не работал. Некоторые номера расположены высоко, подниматься к ним по лестнице тяжело, лифта нет. За свои деньги очень хороший вариант.

設施舊，但房間裏面很大，基本算整潔，但剛進去的感覺不算很好。有種陰暗的感覺，窗簾已經拉不攏了，需要找服務生要夾子夾住。不過床墊比較舒服，也很大。洗手盆下水道有堵塞，下水很慢。最討厭的是外部環境，非常吵鬧，如果不是白天很累，晚上幾乎被街邊酒吧不入流的嘶吼聲吵到天亮。如果不是已經付款了費用，我幾乎一個晚上都待不下去。奉勸各位三思！
