Una experiencia inolvidable. Desde el check in nos trataron fenomenal en la recepción.la habitación muy limpia, grande y con todo tipo de detalles. Estuvimos muy agusto. La piscina y la animación también estuvieron de 10. Volveremos sin ningún tipo de duda

I stayed here for 8 nights in August after being moved from their sister hotel Marina Bayview due to an issue with my room. To begin with, everything about the hotel including the rooms, restaurant, reception, and all other communal areas were spotless and kept clean Marina Suites hosts a range of facilities meaning you have everything you need from sun beds & a lovely infinity pool as well as access to 2 jacuzzis in a more secluded, adults only area, gym, 2 restaurants & bars, a courtesy room, a kids club, and a virtual cycling centre. The location is one of the many highlights of Marina Suites, offering lovely views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful Puerto Rico harbour. The hotel is also in close proximity to local restaurants and shops including a Hiper-Dino Express and a variety of different restaurants. Upon arrival at Marina Suites we were again warmly greeted and checked-in by Jorge who also checked us in at Marina Bayview. Jorge made me feel welcome, shook us by the hand, was very friendly and professional especially when dealing with the issue with our room. Considering the other staff at the hotel, they were also very friendly and professional, I would like to make a special mention to Juan Jesus who has always been professional and kind to us since our first visit to Marina Suites in 2019! At the Atlantic Pool Bar, breakfast and lunch are offered every day, however there is no dinner served here in the evening with the exception of Mondays where they have their very own BBQ night. Throughout the day at the Atlantic Pool Bar, as you would expect there is a full bar available including sodas, wines, smoothies, and cocktails. All the food at breakfast, lunch, and on BBQ night was fresh, tasty and delicious with a large variety to choose from. The ratio of portion size to quality to price was very good. I do highly recommend both the BBQ night which has live music and breakfast which even offers complimentary cava to make your own mimosas! The breakfast set us up for the day with so much on offer including made to order omelettes, eggs, breakfast meats such as bacon and sausages, beans, a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, series and continental breakfast items (cold cheeses and meats). The chefs here are very talented and certainly know how to cook great tasting food! The bbq night and lunch offered during the day is very good value for money, and considering what you pay to stay in this hotel, you get quality accommodation with lovely views. The rooms were very big, spacious, modern and stylish, with a kitchenette, microwave and mini fridge, a TV, a massive balcony with a 4 seater table and 2 additional colourful seats. Both the beds in the room and sun beds by the pool were comfortable, and I slept perfectly every night. It should be noted however that the air conditioning system is really not the best, at many times during my stay, the effects could not be felt, even when the balcony door was locked. Excellent holiday again, even got the room we asked for brilliant, the hotel is spotless cleaner does a magnificent job, pool is great as is the pool bar for drinks and snacks reasonably priced too, restaurant was a bit pricey as is the main bar but I don’t mind paying as your on holiday, the view from the room is spectacular can’t get it out of my head. The shopping trolley is really handy as you can nip up the hyperdino and get some food, cannot fault this hotel in any way, see you next year Regards Derek Kelly

This hotel is amazing and much nicer than the brochures look. We cannot fault it, room amazing, bed comfy, view outstanding, and the food was really lovely. Staff went over and above but if I had to mention one person in particular it would be Samira what a lovely helpful, fun lady nothing was too much trouble for her and always done with a smile. The whole team were amazing to be honest. The only negative well not even negative to be fair was that the rule of no putting towels on beds was not enforced as lots of people were saving beds with towels and not turning up to mid day or even later to use them. We always managed to get a bed but never got the chance to have a shot overlooking the sea as same old people saving with towels. The restaurant was lovely and one night a week stays open until late to have BBQ which was worth going to as food and atmosphere lovely. Shame it didn’t stay open more nights a week as feel this would really make a difference to some. Overall we had an amazing time at this hotel so much so we are booking to come back next year for two weeks. If you want quiet it’s the place to be and if you want noise and nightlife it’s only 5 minutes away. Amazing restaurants near by, highly recommend Nube and Toro Bravo food was amazing, staff helpful and funny and all reasonable prices

The Marina Suites are in a great location, basically at sea level when so many apartments are at varying heights on the cliff sides - a huge thing in my mind. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the most popular bars/shops/restaurants but that’s also an advantage as the apartments themselves are away from any revellers. The marina itself is well maintained and offers a great up-market vista from waterside view rooms. Puerto Rico itself is ok, we stayed a week and had run out of things to do towards the end of the holiday. Once you’ve walked along the coast to the next cove and visited both small shopping centres unless you’re happy on a congested beach or propping up a bar (plenty people will be !) then to a great extent that’s everything done. Recent trips to other Canary Islands have told us that Playa Blanca in Lanzarote and Playa de las Americas in Tenerife offer more.

Very nice hotel with a lovely pool .nice restaurants .nice quiet area .and the marina view from our room was fantastic.only down side was no bar area to sit in the evening and have a small meal or snacks it was nice to have an adult only section with jacuzzis
