The most beautiful European-style hotel in Beijing! The lobby, restaurant, and rooms are all very spacious. The service is exceptional; all staff members are respectful, friendly, and attentive to guests. The breakfast is abundant with main courses rotating daily. Although it's an 18-year-old building, it's very well-maintained, and the facilities are comprehensive with a strong vintage feel. I stayed in room 507, which was very quiet. The housekeeping staff are well-presented, professional, and do an excellent job cleaning! Highly commendable.

This is my second stay here. This business trip, I booked a Deluxe View King Room, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered expansive and delightful views. The room also featured a round bathtub, perfect for relaxing in your free time. The entire room was meticulously cleaned; every corner was spotless and odor-free. All the hardware facilities were well-maintained and operated smoothly. The front desk and room service were thoughtful, efficient, and responsive. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, making it ideal for business travelers to rest. The living experience was excellent, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for future trips. Highly recommended.

I returned to the Beijing Aviator Hotel again. The hotel has a classic European style decor, and the rooms and restaurant facilities are well-maintained. The front desk staff recognized me and greeted me warmly by name. My room was meticulously cleaned and very comfortable. They even upgraded me to an executive floor with a large smart TV that allows screen mirroring, which was a nice touch. The hotel also has a gym and swimming pool on the top floor, which are free for guests to use. Oh, and they have their own parking area, but definitely remember to confirm the location with the front desk to avoid parking in the wrong spot and incurring unnecessary costs. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Here I am again, after less than a month! This time I even braved a heavy downpour to get here. My flight circled over Beijing for an hour before landing, so I didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. It was another one of those check-in and check-out on the same day trips. I was already feeling pretty groggy, but thankfully, Bella at the front desk was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. She handled everything super quickly and thoughtfully, getting me checked in no time. Once I got to the room, I even bothered the staff to open and close the window for me. They made two trips late at night – I'm really grateful, though I regret not catching their names. This time, my room had an even better view! When I woke up in the morning, the sun was even out, and my mood instantly brightened, just like the weather. I got back late from lunch, but luckily, they extended my check-out time. By the way, I once again ran into the ever-elegant Ms. Rose Xiao. She checked out my room card for me at the very last minute. This trip was truly a whirlwind. As expected, after the storm, there's always sunshine! (I hope I got both employees' names right; I always worry about misspelling them.)

Initially, I was a bit worried about the hotel's age before checking in, but I was pleasantly surprised! It didn't feel old at all, and the service was excellent. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping and concierge, was incredibly nice. I immediately canceled my bookings for the following days and ended up staying here for seven days and six nights. Highly recommend!

1. **Incredibly thoughtful service:** During check-in, the staff proactively noted my needs and upgraded me for free to a high-floor city view room. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, perfect for watching the city sunset in the evening, creating a wonderful ambiance. 2. **Exceptional attention to detail and care:** The room included a special ID card protector, which is great for keeping documents safe from wear and tear. Inside the closet, there was a gas mask with clear instructions, ensuring safety during my stay. 3. **Hardware perfectly suited for business needs:** The room was spacious, and the bathroom featured a wet and dry separation. The bedding was soft, and I could choose from various pillow types. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring privacy for work discussions and undisturbed rest at night.

Every time I choose Kerry, it's mainly because it's close to my offices in Guomao and Yintai, and I don't have to move rooms if I extend my stay after the company-booked dates. The reservation and concierge staff were all very enthusiastic and quickly responded to my inquiries about extending my stay and receiving a package for me, helping me arrange a direct extension. The hotel rooms are very spacious. Odd-numbered rooms have a fantastic view, directly overlooking the CCTV Tower and CITIC Tower (China Zun), while even-numbered rooms offer views of Guanghua Soho. Although the hotel seems to be a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained. The front desk lady was very efficient, and the staff in housekeeping and the downstairs conference rooms were all polite and welcoming. The concierge team was thoughtful and meticulous. Although it's a bit of a walk from the subway station, the advantage is that you can walk directly through the underground mall, so you don't have to worry about wind, rain, or strong sun – it's truly the top choice for business trips.

The biggest highlight of the Xinqiao Hotel is its extremely convenient location – directly opposite Chongwenmen Subway Station (where Lines 2 and 5 intersect). It's incredibly easy to get to Wangfujing, Tiananmen Square, and Beijing Railway Station by subway or bus. Plus, there are malls like New World nearby. However, the facilities are indeed quite dated. After all, it's an old hotel that opened in 1954, and some rooms have dim lighting. Some room types are windowless, which can feel a bit stuffy if you haven't confirmed beforehand. I personally recommend getting a room with a window. In summary, if location and transportation convenience are your top priorities and you're fine with the older style of an established hotel, this is a hassle-free choice!

The location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Wangfujing. There are many snack shops, restaurants and a few hair salons next to and in front of the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting us with hailing a taxi and showing us how to get to the various attractions. The hotel even provided a small map to guide us on foot to and from the Palace Museum. Very special is this hotel very family friendly, the have connecting room for the family to stay in, for us, we can take care of our girls without open the door and go to another room. The daily housekeeping was very thorough. The female housekeeper responsible for our rooms 715 and 716 was particularly friendly, attentive, and responsible. My daughter accidentally spilled soy milk on the carpet and bed; I informed her, and she promised to handle it. When we returned to the room that evening, the carpet and bed were spotless, without any smell or stains. We were very satisfied with the hotel's service. We will stay in this hotel again when we go to Beijing again.

I brought my daughter to Beijing for 5 nights before the summer holidays, right after her high school entrance exams, to avoid the peak travel season. The hotel's location is excellent; the Jinyu Hutong subway station is directly opposite, which was the main reason I booked it. It's a convenient walk to the Forbidden City, and easy to cycle to the National Museum of China and Tiananmen Square, with the subway for further destinations. However, in such a prime location, you can't expect spacious rooms. Ours was incredibly tiny, barely enough room to turn around at the foot of the bed. We arrived for check-in after 2 PM on the first day, but couldn't get our room until after 8 PM, when we returned from Badaling. We were given room 520, which was at the very end of the hallway. I had booked a room with a window, but ours only had a half-sized window, and the bathroom counter had almost no space around the sink. I later realized that room 520 was an outlier; the rooms in the middle of the hallway seemed much more spacious. On the third day, I requested a room change, and the front desk handled it quickly and efficiently. On our last day, the hotel sent up some complimentary snacks and fruit. We didn't eat them, but we still appreciated the gesture very much.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Chongwenmen subway station. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, making it very convenient for visiting attractions. The room size was decent, though a bit dated, but for the price, it offered good value for money. However, the bed was a bit small, and it felt a little cramped with a child. Overall, for this price and location, it's a good deal.

The hotel's front desk service was incredibly attentive, without feeling at all perfunctory. Check-in was quick upon arrival, and they proactively informed me about all the hotel's amenities. The staff had excellent professionalism, being friendly without being overly intrusive. The check-out process was simple and efficient. When I accidentally left a small item behind, they called me immediately and even helped mail it to me. Their handling of the situation was thorough and thoughtful, showing great care in the details. My entire stay was particularly comfortable. They could even help receive express deliveries for luggage and deliver them to the room, which saved a lot of hassle and time and effort. I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back in the future.

My friend stayed at this hotel two years ago when they visited Beijing and recommended it to me. Before my trip, I booked and canceled a couple of times because some online reviews weren't great, which made me hesitate. But in the end, I decided to stick with it. I stayed for four consecutive nights. The check-in staff and the concierge at the entrance were very welcoming. The short-haired cleaning aunt on my floor kept the room very clean and was also very friendly. The breakfast was good too. When I checked out, they didn't ask me to write a positive review, but I was so glad I chose this place after experiencing it myself. Oh, and the views from the rooms are beautiful. This is the view from my room; my friend's room overlooked a traditional Beijing *hutong*.

Extremely satisfied with the excellent service. I couldn't find any laundry detergent in my room, and a staff member passing by immediately got some from another empty room for me to use. I chose Nuo Hotel for my birthday this year, and I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk wished me a happy birthday during check-in. They upgraded me to an executive floor, which was beautifully decorated with a great ambiance, and the view from the window was also lovely. I drove here this time, and at checkout, I wasn't proactively informed about parking fee waivers or anything similar. So, I had to go down to the garage and then come back to the front desk to inquire.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! I happened to check in on my birthday, and I was so touched by how thoughtful the hotel was. 1. **Surprise Upgrade**: When the front desk staff (they/them) found out it was my birthday, they proactively upgraded my room. That feeling of being quietly looked after was simply wonderful. 2. **Personal Touch**: The room was decorated for my birthday, and the handwritten card really stood out. The handwriting was neat and sincere, completely unlike a generic printed template. It instantly made me feel a sense of belonging. 3. **Flawless Service**: From check-in at the front desk to the concierge's guidance, every single staff member was incredibly friendly and professional. Their warmth and expertise made me feel so welcome. Not only are the facilities excellent, but the soft skills in their service are also impeccable. Thank you for giving me such a memorable birthday. My child chose this hotel for their college entrance exam because of its proximity to Luhe High School. We were very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel's service throughout the exam period. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, even delivering takeout directly to our room. The cleaning staff were also very thoughtful. The hotel also offered a refrigerator for storing items, and ice was provided for cold drinks. The freshly ground coffee from the front desk was also very fragrant and refreshing. Excellent location near Tiananmen, Forbidden City and Wangfujing (all walkable). Subway just 10 mins away on foot, bus stop right outside with the major sight seeing lines. No breakfast provided but there’s enough food places around and an in house cafe. Room is clean and well sized, good for 2 big luggage open on the floor with space to walk and a large closet. Shampoo/ bath gel, slippers, toothbrushes provided. Shower has good water pressure although curtain is short so water tends to get out of the bath area, nothing a towel can’t solve. Shoutout to the front desk staff (Miss Tian/Liu/Zhang/Li) for their friendliness and helpfulness, esp to Miss Li (night desk) for her quick initiative and service recovery after a miscommunication on room cleaning early in our stay. Love the roof terrace. We were on the first floor and felt that the soundproofing was good.
