Hotel Pueblito Vallarta

The staff, especially the lady who serves breakfast, is super friendly and always there to help. But honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place if you want somewhere clean and quiet. Here's why: 1. **It's Kinda Dirty**: The cleaning isn't great. You'll find hair on the floor and beds. Every night my skin itches after sleeping for a while. I feel the bed is dirty. Oh, and I even saw a bug in the shower. 2. **Cold Showers**: Most of the time, there's barely any hot water. So, brace yourself for a chilly time after showering. 3. **Smells Bad**: The rooms stink like sewage. It's pretty gross. 4. **Super Noisy**: The walls are paper-thin. You'll hear everyone walking by and your neighbors as if they're in the same room. Not cool if you're a light sleeper. 5. **No Quilts**: And yeah, they don't even provide quilts. So, there's that.

No hot water, no kindness, no quilt on the bed, no English, several giant cockroaches in the room, I had my worst nigh**are in this hotel and it just totally ruined the beginning of my vacation. There were more than 2 huge cockroaches during the night and I can hear them flying. So I didn’t slept and I couldn’t even go to pee because I was super scared of roaches. The staff when I checked in called Lavender and the night guard were very kind and genuine, although the night guard didn’t speak English but he was so kind, Lavender’s English was very good and passionate. But the girl when I checked out and the manager I talked on the phone was super arrogant. I’m genuinely telling you guys don’t booking this hotel.

We very much enjoyed our 10 day stay at Hotel Pueblito Vallarta despite the poor weather during the first week of our visit. The cloudy weather however gave us the opportunity to explore the Romantic Zone including the hillside streets to the north and west. The hotel was ideally situated away from the busier tourist streets and the area street noise added to the charm. The staff were all extremely helpful including those at the front desk and cleaners. The kitchenette in our suite allowed us to prepare and eat the occasional meal "at home" however we chose PV due to its abundance of restaurants and street vendors. There were a few minor items missing however in the kitchen which would have been helpful including dish cloths and other cleaning supplies. The front desk staff were also helpful at checkout allowing us to delay checkout by a couple hours and store our baggage before our early afternoon departure. We highly recommend Hotel Pueblito Vallarta!

Great location and the hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel is next to a busy road so can be a bit noisy - but the location is great for the romantic zone - plenty to do and easy walking distance to the Malacon. Great choice for the price.

First stay in PV and I couldn't have been more happier with my choice. It's right in the heart of town. Walkable to all the attractions. Beach. Restaurants. Tours. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Shout out to Rodrigo who went over and above to assist me. Definitely booking here again and great communication from hotel before and after trip

We had a fabulous experience here. The hotel is clean , quiet, and located near everything . The beds and pillows are super comfy and the staff is friendly and helpful… they will go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasurable experience. My only suggestion is a full length mirror would be helpful especially with multiple people sharing a room. Thank you for an outstanding experience:))

Staff are excellent! Sandra cleaned our room daily and she was lovely. Ninja at the front desk did everything to make us welcome and emoji.

We really enjoyed the staff and general friendly feel of the Hotel . Pool was great for a afternoon dip or siesta . Great location for a short stay . If hot water is a deal buster then continue your search .

The staff here made our stay SO special. I can’t say enough good things about them, and how they treated us. Hot water was an issue, but I don’t think that is something common there. Rooms are clean, and they even gave us and upgrade when they heard it was our anniversary. The pool area is a dream and there is water jugs for use on every floor. Great experience, can’t wait to go back and visit our new friends.
