스탭들 표정에서부터 웃음을 찾아볼 수가 없음. 예약한 방과 다른방 배정해줘서 바꿔달라고하니 방 없다 시전. 보상도 겨우 받고 뭘 요청해도 30분 넘게걸림. 다시 가고싶지않음

Great roof top adults only hotel in PV - walking distance to shopping, restaurants, malacon, and beaches. Daily dj are the pool was awesome! HEATED pool was a nice surprise. Lacking normal amenities in the rooms like face cloths and proper hair care products as well they lose points for no coffee maker or kettle in room and coffee in the lobby until 11am with coffeemate instead of actual milk or cream- these little touches would have made my review a 5 star for sure.

Hotel Mio is the best value for your money. New, nice, clean, good location. Will definitely go back.

Only one coffee machine in the whole building was often out of water or coffee. Had to search for cream. The pool was warm but often murky and in need of chlorine, ph balance etc. Overall a clean modern fascility.

The hotel was clean, safe, staff is great, best staff i have had in pv. Been to pv many times. The roof top pool is awesome! Great services, pool is heated, hot tub was a nice touch, live music twice a day, food average. The highway is loud at night.

Hotel Mio is excellent. Loved the rooftop pool and bar and was great to spend time there in between the business aspect of our trip. Good location, just a 10-15 minutes from Zona Romantica and airport.

I enjoyed the location. It was central to alot of restaurants, beaches and stores. Taxis and Ubers were easily accessible. I loved the ocean and city views from every window and from our balcony. The staff were so friendly and attentive to our needs. We really felt catered to. The rooftop pool was also very enjoyable, the live music was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, no coffee in rooms.

Very clean rooms. Pool area was lovely. Had access to the beach but were not allowed to use the chairs. 😞
