I stayed in this hotel for one night in May 2023. Inside, the hotel looks nice and rooms are quite cozy. There is a large bed and given that I was traveling for business it was important for me to have a big working table. Bathroom was very clean and they have Elemis cosmetics which surprised me - very nice! I rated it four stars only due to the fact that from the outside the hotel looks a bit old and access to the hotel is not very nice to me. It has its own beach and is very well located for calm morning walks. Staff was very polite.

Finding an hotel like this in Croatia isn’t that easy as there are just not that many 4 and 5 star hotels with this level op service and atmosphere. We can really recommend the Park Plaza Arena hotel in Pula. Located on a peninsula near the Yacht harbor with entrance to the sea and beaches it’s just a perfect spot. Great pool, good service.

Staff not on their best game, but good enough. One of them was not particularly enthusiastic about helping the guests, but the other one intervened relatively quickly when she noticed my light bulb was not functioning. The good thing about the beds is that each has a few sockets and a curtain you can pull in order to get more privacy and block the sunlight which can be important in the morning. Great location

We were at Grand Hotel BRIONI for the first time, as a family of 5, the vacation was planned as a beach holiday. While the hotel itself is new, clean, high standard with VERY (!) friendly staff, the vacation was a disappointment for just one reason: We were not aware that the hotel hosts more guests than beds on the beach OR at the pool are available. On the first day all beds were taken, from the second day on we had to get up very early to grab beds on the beach for us. I complained several times to the friendly staff, they reassured me that they are aware of the situation, the gave this feedback to management, but obviously nothing happened. For a hotel in this category this is simply not acceptable that not every guest can rest on the pool or on the beach. There would be enough space in the garden, but this of course might affect the design of the garden. Also, if you replace the big spacious beds (for 120 EUR per day !!!) there would be space for many normal beds. I spoke to many other guests, they felt the same, still nothing happened. As this situation cannot be new, management seems to deliberately ignore this situation - very disappointing.

Me and my girl spent 2 nights. Location is fantastic , if you dont want to use car for going around. 5 min walk to center and sigtseeing. Breakfast is top, many different food sefserving,personel is very friendly. We miss a little bit bigger room, not enougt place to place luggage. We miss heating in bathroom, so AC heats from bedroom throug door to bathroom. Out room was in last floor, under roof, I imagine in summer can be very hot there. Terase is small but amasing view to old houses and roofs. I recomment to go to Epulon restautarant,good food and famous cat, friendly cat is good company during etating.

Nuestras Habitación era triple muy amplia moderna y bonita, camas muy confortables y almohadas, ropa de cama de calidad, con terraza, y todo muy limpio, el desayuno fenomenal había de todo y muy cuidado. Esta ha 5 minutos del centro histórico andado. Pasamos 2 noches. Lo recomiendo.
