2min away from Lübeck Hbf. The place is super clean and cozy also the employees were very polite and let me do an earlier check in. It’s near all the main attractions of the city with a nice breakfast. Thank you

The hotel is at such nice location! Just superb! We experienced great service, especially hotel being booked out they been able to move us around well and found something. Pool is so nice, outside and inside, we spend a lot of time there. Beach is walking distance, a lot of food around. 2 recommendations: I think would be nice also to consider more things for kids, in the pool and especially food. I mean breakfast ist really nice, but dinner doubt you can convince kids with such food such as seafood etc. there should be small child corner at dinner buffet, some pIzza, nuggets, frenchfries, rice, parika, gurken, etc. simple. For adults the dinner buffet is quite nice, for children, rather limited, if your kids are special with food. so dinner we had to eat always outside, which was pity.

I arrived at late night by bus the hotel is within 2 mins walk from the bus station. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Clean and well equipped hotel.  Love to stay here again.

I love the location of the hotel, which is situated between the Lübeck Main Station and the bus station to get around the city. It was a perfect location and made my business trip comfortable and convenient.

The bathroom door closed itself and we couldn't get in again, needed do call staff at night. They didn't help, / didn't know how do hepp. But we got it open ourselves luckly. Brakefast was bad, so little food. Mostly vegan meat and pork.

Zimmer war gut aufgeräumt und sauber, Kleinigkeiten im Badezimmer waren noch dreckig was aber kein Problem für uns war. Service war 1A, im ersten zimmer war der duschkopf defekt und wir bekamen direkt ein neues Zimmer. Gutes bett und Gardinen halten jegliches licht raus. Top Empfehlung für preis/leistung

Ich wollte das Zimmer direkt bei B&B über Internet buchen. Es war ein Angebot über 75,- €/ Nacht mit Frühstück. Als ich das buchen wollte stand an der Seite, dass alle Zimmer belegt sind. Dann babe ich ein Zimmer über Partnern (trip.com) für 116,- €/Nacht ohne Frühstück buchen müssen. Als wir am Hotel angekommen waren, wollten wir am nächsten Morgen im Hotel frühstücken. Da wir das Hotel nicht direkt bei B&B gebucht haben, wollte die Mitarbeiterin uns kein Nachlass (10 %) verrechnen. Dann war uns das Appetit vergangen und haben nächsten Morgen wo anders sehr gut gefrühstückt.

Unsere Trip.com Buchung konnte erst nicht im System gefunden werden. Dies war aber kein Problem für die netten Damen am Empfang. Man hat uns dennoch erstmal ein Zimmer gegeben und anschließend in Ruhe alles geklärt. Sehr guter Service.
