A well located hotel but the services are useless and unprofessional, the parking is less so you have to risk parking on PMC road with fear of towing away, rates of rooms & food are very costly compared with the quality, a sandwich costs ₹ 300/-, toiletteries are not provided, no laundry facilities plus the hotel doesn't provide iron or iron board, shoe polish machines are not available & the rooms are infested & crawling with cockroaches, there is a stench of toilet smell throughout the lobbies & rooms to welcome guests and the elevators can hardly accommodate 4 guests comfortably, there is no ice when requested for & last but not the least, attitude of staff is miserable starting with the ***ager who has a careless view of the customers problems, overall a 3rd rated hotel not fit even for 1 ⭐, ***agement needs to put more attention, before they stop getting any guests at all, a total waste of money

It was a recent trip with my husband at hotel ambassador by Ajanta and Aurangabad. We had the finest experience and stay with best hospitality with very much attention to detail. Very clean rooms with prompt housekeeping service. Nice buffet breakfast with a widespread and a lot of choice. We were attended very well with the entire staff. Proper guidance and advice was given to us. Thankful to Mr Khaleed and Tasleem at reception desk for being very cooperative. Looking forward to return back to Hotel Ambassador. Very nice property with a very big swimming pool and a big garden. It has a children play area with rabbits & birds.

Hopeless Rotten Biryani. Very horrible experience. When brought to their notice started physical assault. Called Police for further action. Horrible uneducated staff. The people who run the place beat people when they complain. Stay away

No frills attached. A basic place. Even the breakfast was unidimensional and ordinary. Pohe and Misal Pav, Lolz. They serve only one small mineral bottle of water per person per night. The bathroom had a dysfunctional shower. So avoidable. Not for the corporate world types.
