The rains are mesmerizing here and so are the fog, showers, lightning, and everything about it. The winters are foggy and cloudy creating all the necessary drama. The summers are quaint and pleasant. The best thing is you see all this sitting in your room that gives you a 180-degree view of the valley. Though rainy season offers lesser visibility, the overall aura this place has is mesmerizing. You can witness the cloud show almost eight months of the year because of the resorts altitude and strategic location. The lush greens of the valley added with the cozy and luxurious offerings of the retreat make for an ideal unwinding escapade. 7 Monkeys is a palatial resort that offers valley view rooms with private pools. All the rooms are situated at an incline, and they offer an unhindered view and absolute privacy. An Absolutely Wonderful Resort Nearly around 40 Kms from Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad Too. Located in the mountains with good access road in Girivan, this place has very beautiful view. Room was Very Spacious and Clean , super comfortable Bed and with Attach Private Pool as well, totally loved it. Food was ala cart, we enjoyed the Kofta Curry chicken Tangdi kebab a lot ! Breakfast buffet had Parathas, Idlis and Upma ***** with Juices and Tea coffees, Restaurant View is also very beautiful. Overall a Great Experience and a Must visit for a wonderful staycation.

I recently had a reservation at 7 Monkey Hills Resort for October 24th, 2023, and I feel compelled to share my experience, which unfortunately was far from satisfactory. A few days before my planned visit, I encountered a personal setback in the form of an accident. Understanding that circumstances can be unpredictable, I approached the resort not for a refund but to request a simple date change. To my surprise, I was informed that this was against their policy. In my subsequent interactions with Mr. Ashish from the reservation depar**ent, I politely requested a call from a ***ager to discuss the situation. Regrettably, my pleas were met with a rigid adherence to policy, and any attempt to seek understanding or flexibility was outright rejected. What disappointed me the most was the lack of empathy and sensitivity demonstrated by the staff at 7 Monkey Hills Resort. Despite my circumstances, they refused to arrange a call from senior ***agement, leaving me feeling not only unsupported but also undervalued as a guest. I am sharing this experience to caution others against choosing this establishment. The level of inflexibility, coupled with a complete lack of compassion, paints a grim picture of their customer service. I would strongly advise against booking with 7 Monkey Hills Resort, as their policies seem to prioritize strict adherence over basic customer understanding and support. It is my hope that this feedback prompts a reconsideration of customer service practices at 7 Monkey Hills Resort and serves as a warning for potential guests who expect a level of care and consideration that, unfortunately, I did not receive.
