Regrettably, my pleas were met with a rigid adherence to policy, and any attempt to seek understanding or flexibility was outright rejected. What disappointed me the most was the lack of empathy and sensitivity demonstrated by the staff at 7 Monkey Hills Resort. Despite my circumstances, they refused to arrange a call from senior ***agement, leaving me feeling not only unsupported but also undervalued as a guest. I am sharing this experience to caution others against choosing this establishment. The level of inflexibility, coupled with a complete lack of compassion, paints a grim picture of their customer service. I would strongly advise against booking with 7 Monkey Hills Resort, as their policies seem to prioritize strict adherence over basic customer understanding and support. It is my hope that this feedback prompts a reconsideration of customer service practices at 7 Monkey Hills Resort and serves as a warning for potential guests who expect a level of care and consideration that, unfortunately, I did not receive.
