You can tell that this was once a fine hotel. The staff were very friendly. The food in the restaurant was great although breakfast was a little sp****. The beds were quite firm but comfortable. The shower was over the bath and there was heating but no air conditioning. It was noisy from early in the morning as breakfast started at 5. Take ear plugs. Well located near the town square.

We prepaid and then they demanded that we pay them again at the end of our stay. It was too early in the morning to fight and we were running late for our flight from Julliaca. The desk person was worthless. We will have to notify Travelocity about the problem and get a refund. Good location, but there are better.

The hotel rooms are poorly designed and small. Our room faced the street and was noisy. Pillows & bed very uncomfortable. No space in bathroom to put your toiletries. We had a ripped shower curtain and only lukewarm water in the shower. It is definitely NOT 4 stars.

This is an old hotel that provides the basics. Spacious room but there is only a small space heater and it is 28 degrees at night. The room is clean, the beds are pretty hard. Breakfast is average and there is enough choices for most people. The best thing is that this hotel is located 1/2 block from the city plaza square where there is everything you could want.

Beautiful, interesting decor. There’s an elevator which is essential at that altitude. The room was comfortable. My issues were with the lack of attention to detail. There was one hand towel and bath towel and we were short on shampoo. After arriving really late and leaving for our tour at 5:50 am, there was no time to address this. The boxed breakfast left much to be desired. The positive was that the front desk personnel were very personable.

Stayed here for 2 nights in October 2021. Great location; walking distance to many shops/restaurants. There was a sudden last minute change with my transportation to the airport due to the highway being closed. The gentleman who worked at the front desk went above and beyond and called the transportation company directly and spoke to them for me since I do not speak spanish well. He was wonderful! I do not remember his name but he was at the front desk on 25/10/2021. Thank you for all of your help. Thanks to him, we made it to the airport in time!
